Location a little hard to get out because of heavy traffic. Breakfast was skimpy. Kitchen drain was slow. The rest was ok
Although the accommodation was roomy, the elevator needed some serious maintenance: bamboo coverings on walls marred and damaged; floor carpet was really gross. Things like that provide bad first impressions. The location of the hotel was not appealing. Could not get the jets to operate in tub.
Rooms are only cleaned if you stay more than 4 days ....the bed sheets were really uncomfortable
This property is a time share. I did not see that in the advertisement when we booked or 2 night stay. The desk clerk did not inform us of this when we checked in. When you stay here they do not clean your room daily or provide clean towels etc. in the room. It is an older property that has been reconditioned and remodeled.
Tahiti's room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. If you find a calm and peaceful place to stay I recommend you here.
Had an awesome time. Please keep the amenities open 24 hours my kids enjoyed late night swimming. Weven will definitely be back again
Great little overnight stay. Room was clean and amenities provided were great. Loved the pool area and my son had a blast which was the point of the stay. Thanks.
All was great unti final day...maid walked in without knocking while I was on a conference call then proceeded to argue with me about why I was still there, then front desk called asking why I was still there. 30 minutes before actual checkout the maid knocked again to see if I was leaving. I informed front desk and they were apologetic but it was very frustrating after a long week out of town and trying to conduct a business call. I will try again but if happens again I won't be back.
Had to go to Vegas for work. I was told to choose a hotel close to the training facility which is off the strip a few miles. I was able to still enjoy the strip without feeling too far out. Thanks!
Went to CES show with short notice strip hotels were $600 and up, this hotel was reasonably priced and the staff was as courteous and attentive as any 4 star hotel. they have a free shuttle that takes you to and from the strip. I travel for business frequently and when in Vegas would definitely stay there again.
Very good, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and family-oriented and we appreciate that. We would go back again, if we go back to Vegas. Thank You!
Clean rooms and friendly staff. Not too far off of the Strip. OK for price.
The room and pools were great. The continental breakfast was good but not worth the $7 we were charged for it with the resort fees (they also included transportation to the strip which we didn't need). The resort fees notice on the reservation said it would include tube rentals for the lazy river but the lazy river was at the sister location. Biggest problem was that the internet didn't work.
Off the strip, easy access through Tropicana av. The staff only cleans once a week, so do not expect your beds to be made up daily. Breakfast is poor and lacks in choices. Check in, however, is a breeze, compared to hotels on the strip.
Good hotel, close to strip, but far enough that you can get anywhere you need to go.
The hotel was clean, rooms comfortable, pools lovely and kitchenettes very convenient. Did not know it was a time share, so wondered why we did not get housekeeping daily. But it was not a problem.
well I was thinking something nice nice with what I paid I could have done better closer to the strip. overall it was clean, pool was cold, the breakfast is a joke lol but hey they are trying! if you want something clean and to cook do this its fine they charged us 100 on our credit card on arrival I hope they do return the money in 5 days like they said!!!! -7 they one has to pay for resort fees
I loved our suite it has everything we needed can't get any better!!
Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Went with 6 friends. We had plenty space. Everything we needed was there. I loved it.
This place rocks. You can't find a better deal in Vegas.
