Stay is too short to make extensive comments, but it was a great stay!

The north tower is terrible. It was cold and dirty, the elevators looked like they were service elevators. And the room had a funny persistent odor. I like the peppermill but will never stay in that section again

We had to move rooms as your service dept. could not repair our TV after being in our room for an hour. We were in room 2054.... what a pain to get to our room each time.

Efficient staff, excellent food and very clean rooms.

We stay in Tahoe for 4 days and decided to stay in Reno on our last night of vacation before flying out. The Peppermill exceeded our expectations. It's a little pricier than hotel/casinos we normally stay in but well worth it! The room was great and the casino was big...even got lost a couple times in it. The poker room was best I've been in outside of Vegas. Our only regret is we didn't stay here multiple nights, 24 hours wasn't enough!

Very quiet. Nice and clean.. great food...staff nice and friendly

Good place to stay if you are traveling with kids. Just stay away from the buffet.

Great place to stay, excellent room, close to Mt. Rose ski Resort. Great buffet and many other places to eat

We had pleasant stay at hotel. Room and facilities at hotel were very nice.

I have booked three rooms through Orbitiz and I specifically says I want two queen beds on all three rooms and it was booked a months in advance and everything is already paid through Orbitz. But when I check in they said there is no queen bed because the hotel is fully booked and they insisted I requested king bed. I showed them my booking and it clearly says two queen beds but the manager said because it was booked through third party and it was just a request so they don't honor it. So I don't know who's fault is it. Apparently my friend told me the same experience. Be ware, if you book this hotel during high season. You have to book through them directly to guarantee you get the room type you want.

I din"t like the charge for resort service fee 28.25 for day I will plus they send me to north side I have to walk more

I stayed at the Peppermill on a business trip to Reno and it was fantastic.

Over all the experience was very good! From the front desk at check in to just about everyone who worked at the hotel was very nice. If we compare apple to apples though most 4 start Hotels/Casinos to this one the Palazzo for about the same price wins by a land slide!

Half of the pool area was closed for construction.

I loved everything about the hotel, the only thing when checking out was a little slow and a bit confusing, but would stay there again, loved, loved he pool.

I'm very partial to Peppermill. Been staying there for years! Atmosphere is comfy, rooms are comfy and clean. The new colors of the gaming area are new and brighter! Kinda miss the deep blue.... Biscotti's is extremely tasty! Onion soup and shrimp scampi off the hook! See you next trip!

First the good - parking was easy; however, I prefer valet which was very convenient, short wait times. The hotel itself is nicely decorated as are the rooms which had great amenities. I took full advantage of the gym which was very nice and offered a variety of equipment. The smoke free casino area was very much appreciated as many hotels have a very small area; however, the Peppermill has a rather large non-smoking casino space. Now for the bad - I was in the north wing area, still nice but guests were extremely noisy and loud on my floor. I would say rude, which is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps a stay in the main tower would be better next time. The worst part was that when I went back to my floor after dinner, someone on my floor had been smoking weed (the stinky skunk variety) and the entire floor wreaked of the smell. Although my room offered, some relief, I could still detect it. Again, not the hotel's fault but it is something that hotels in Nevada are going to have to consider for their customers as recreational marijuana becomes more prevalent. The industry may have to consider specific floors for marijuana smokers as well as regular tobacco smokers.

wonderful place, great food , fun an entertianing, I will be back!!!!

Many dirty room service trays got piled up by the ice machine. took several phone calls over 2 days to front desk and a visit to the manager. Still took a phone call and a few hours to get cleaned up.

Everything about Peppermill Resort is great in my opinion. Friendly staff, cozy room, great food, a fantastic casino. The hotel staff are nice. Thank you Peppermill for an enjoyable overnight vacation
