The staff was quick and responsive to our upgrade and late check out requests. The room and hotel is always in mint condition.

i loved that it's name is a resort and it IS a resort! I stayed at another "resort" in Reno and paid the daily "resort" fee but they didn't even have a restaurant! Peppermill was fun to wander around and see the decor (LOVED the screens with pictures of places around the world that were everywhere!), we had choices of restaurants (including a 24 hour restaurant), there were several pools and the rooms were beautiful and luxurious.

Rooms, restaurants, bars, parking, check in were great. The casino is the problem -- needs a major facelift. The slots were so tight it took the fun out of playing. Not enough cocktail waitresses and their uniforms looked like something out of a bad 80s movie. And no wheel of fortune slots. Lame. If you don't gamble, this is a great spot.

Casino to hotel rooms is a maze. Poorly signed, terrible design. Ate at Island Buffet. Next to smoking area of casino. Meal ruined by smell of cigarettes. It is like having a peeing section in a swimming pool. won't return to Peppermill ..... ever!

Do not stay in the North Wing, The rooms are run down and very noisy from other rooms and the parking lot. And you at far from the pool and spa to really use but they still charge you the $35 per day charge for access. Ripoff to me.

Very clean. Everything was as described. Great dinner at Oceano one night and the club across from Biscotti the next night. Coffee bar was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon gelato. Comfy beds, great pillows. Best casino hotel I’ve been to.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Great location.

I loved the staff, the food selection at the restaurants, the over all ambience of the place was nice and it was close to everything. The construction though started around 7am, so it's tough to stay asleep if you're a light sleeper like I am. It would have been nice to have some type of food included in the resort fees and voucher packet, also be prepared for the wind tunnel effect the buildings create in the pool area. The water is warm, but the area itself is really windy and cold so it can be a bit jarring. But other than that, it was definitely a great time. The next time we're in town, we'll definitely choose Peppermill again.

Everything needed is in one place. Valet service and bell hops very efficient and courteous. Food options are good and taste great. Lots of variety as far as gaming is concerned with smoking and nonsmoking areas.

I order two rooms but I get one room in 5th floor and an oth

Good Afternoon, We'd like to apologize for any frustrations you experienced navigating around our resort. Please know for future stays that our staff is more than happy to guide you. We understand that if you're unfamiliar with the property it can be quite tricky, and we'd love to assist. We are sorry to hear that the air quality was unpleasant for you during your stay. We have taken numerous steps to improve the air quality within the resort. Our state-of-the-art air handling system rapidly purifies and replenishes clean air throughout the property, and an added air freshener helps neutralize smoke. The majority of our hotel floors and rooms are entirely non-smoking, as are our restaurants, spa, arcade, hotel lobby, and convention spaces. On the casino floor, we offer a non-smoking slot section, sportsbook and poker room as well. All of these efforts seem to be making a huge difference in our air quality, and we often receive positive feedback from guests who have noticed the improvements. Nonetheless, we will continue to enhance our air quality efforts so that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant, welcoming environment. Thank you again for your comments and our apologies for the issues that you incurred during your stay.

Good Morning Mark, We do apologize that your room experience was not up to standard. We do our best to describe the full experience of our North and West Wings on all of our booking sites including the length of travel, possibility of stairs and economical rates. Currently we are updating our North/West wing rooms for a better guest experience. We would also like to let you know that the $30 Resort Fee provides several additional amenities for guests during their visit. By implementing the resort fee our guests do not have to pay for each individual amenity. At Peppermill Reno, the resort fee covers access to our fitness center and pools, complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the airport, free covered parking and valet, in-room Keurig coffee maker, two bottles of water daily, local phone calls and fax, as well as use of our business center and concierge services. Once again, we apologize for any inconveniences that you incurred during your stay. We appreciate your comments and we hope that you will chose the Peppermill again next time you are in the area.
