Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the many different restaurants in the hotel.
One place I always go to is the Peppermill Resort.. Close to home and price of room doesn't brake the bank when I need my time off retreat.. Rooms are comfortable, centrally located and the one place I always stay..
We had a good time. Nice rooms, good food, friendly staff, great warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
In town for some family reasons and were just there for the one night. We usually stay at that "other" Casino down the street but their weekend prices were a little crazy for what we needed. We enjoyed our time, staff was friendly, room was comfortable. Will be back
Upon checking in, our requested room was not available. I booked a king bed room but apparently they where completely booked on that kind of room. I beleive what the front desk told me was that the room requested was not guaranteed and was only a 'only if available ' at time of check in. She did her thing on the computer and spoke to her manager and ended up getting us a upgraded king suite in the very nice Tuscany tower. The room was beautiful! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel and stay in the Tuscany tower..so worth it!
Our family always stay at the Peppermill when choosing a hotel. There's so much to do in one casino!
Wish the booze was cheaper for room service. But great restraunts .
WE LOVED OUR STAY. MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED FOR 2 NIGHTS AND WE LOVED OUR ROOM. FRIENDLY STAFF... LOVED THE DECOR IN ALL THE CASINO AND HOTEL..
I always stay at Peppermill Hotel but never had the chance to stay at the Tuscany Tower until now. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had the view of the mountains and Down Town. A must even for a day!!
Two night stay. We asked for but never received extra tea pods for the coffee machine in the room. The walk to/from the west wing is long and difficult with bags
The Peppermill excels in making their guests feel welcome. Everything about the hotel is nice. Self parking is convenient and if you want extra help with your bags, the bell staff is excellent. Check in was very smooth. I stayed in a basic room and was not disappointed. The rooms have mini fridges and a coffee maker, conveniences not usually included in casino hotel rooms. The TV was very large and the cable selection was great. All of the restaurants in the casino are outstanding. The heated pool was awesome too, even in the winter. I've stayed in several hotel/casinos in Reno over the years for business and vacation, and Peppermill is the best.
This is a beautiful resort and well met our needs during our stay.
I loved this hotel is nice and every staff is wonderful to you! I would like to come here again
Nice hotel. Comfortable beds and very nice rooms. We had no complaints from our stay.
Gambling oriented hotel, clean and updated. Friendly staff. Great Arcade for kids. Like every big hotel is crowded and noisy, but very good overal.
Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Thanks Sincerely, T & A
It was very nice but I had to do a tiny bit of cleaning of some spots here and there was yellow stain on mattress pad.
We were fortunate to get an upgrade because we were given a 2 bed room upon arrival for just my husband and I even though I called over a month in advance to confirm my king room and paid additional
I booked two rooms both with two king beds. The rooms were spacious with wonderful decor and in-room whirlpool. The facilities in the resort are pretty good with the best night club (Edge) in Reno. However the DJ in Edge is mostly non-EDM which was a little disappointment. Resort as Casino with pretty good black jack and roulette tables. Location is pretty off (2 miles) from the main Reno Strip so if you would like to go out and take a walk in Reno Strip, you need uber. Besides all the good experience, I had a bad experience as well. 1. The checkin process takes a lot of time and with a report like peppermill 15-20 mins is average. 2. While checking in, they are supposed to swipe your card for all the rooms. However my card was swipped for only one room. Now, I keep getting phone call from the front desk to get this sorted out. Its annoying but understandable. My bad experience in this ordeal was that when I actually when to get this sorted out, the receptionist blamed me that my card didnt "go through" for the second room. Being annoyed I pushed back saying that it was their mistake and asked for her supervisor. When I explained the supervisor, he apologized. 3. Check out process requires you to actually requires you to swipe out. I travel for business a lot and checkout usually is that you just leave the room with the keys inside the room(all Hiltons and Marriot). But here you have to drop the keys at a location and swipe out.
The florence was beautiful and spacious. Worth the money! It has always been clean everytime I've stayed too. I highly recommend this hotel.
