The furniture inside the room was stained. Two of the pieces including an ottoman had blood stains on it and other fluid stains. Nasty. Called housekeeping and they have a $25 credit but when I checked my receipt the charged my credit card additional $32 for in room entertainment movie. Scam!

Took my grandson here for his birthday.We stayed in march and he loved the big main pool. Even though I called twice to make sure the pool was open we arrived too find it closed for maintenance possibly for the season.. Killed time in the arcade spending a lot of money on subpar games. The bumper cars were so lame in a space the size of my garage. The response from management was without regard for our experience. Had Planned to make this our family vacation spot. Glad we found out ahead of time.

The only issue i had was that the hot tubs were super uncomfortable it scraped the bottom of my foot and butt. and the food at 22 street i think that’s what it was called the little cafe by elevators the food wasn’t great I order a full pizza and nachos supreme . Other than that it was a great experience and would definitely go again.

The room wasn't clean
This was as soon as we walked in the door. It's smelt like a dirty mop. With a faint smell of pot. Half a roll of TP. Didn't refill on 2nd day nor have any extra.

For the first time disappointed at the hotel. We came in later than anticipated from a flight. and felt like my room had been given away. They did place us but waited about 10 min for room to be cleaned and this at almost midnight. Used Water bottles under the curtain and in a smoking room. It wasn’t strong but I didn’t book a smoking room. We will stay again unless it happens again because we like the resort, the staff, closeness to the airport and always has something interesting going on. It really is a great place to stay
