Came for a show at the GSR Theater. The venue was amazing for the acoustics! The only downside in the hotel: the smell of smoke was overwhelming in the casino area. Maybe better filtration!?! And one set of elevators was down, so it took about 10 minutes to get an elevator. The room was lovely and well put together with comfortable beds!
Affordable luxury!
Nice resort and casino! Convenient location close to airport. Free parking is great and the facility is not over-crowded.
The property has a little of everything on it so you don’t really have to go anywhere if you don’t want to.
Very nice
Is a great place to stay family I don’t know what something to do like a City in within the city shopping malls food stores find restaurants in Casino movie theater bowling alley mini golf range plenty of parking Greg staff all in all nine out of 10
I was suppose to only be charged $90 from Orbitz but they charged me $94. This is not right and I should have been aware prior to booking the additional charges.
There were kids running up and down the hallway right outside my room throughout the night making a lot of noise and making sleep difficult. And then again they were very noisy in the morning. Aside, from that the hotel was nice.
good amenities and nice rooms. every little thing to eat or drink is expensive.
The check-in process is an absolute nightmare. The line was like Disneyland for check-in. It took over an hour to get to the front of the line. The staff was beyond frazzled. Half of the resort is closed on Sundays. The elevator was broken going up. The room was great, but the overall stay was hectic.
Liked that we didn’t have to leave the property for anything at all. Did not like the fact that so maybe things were closed or not working, games in the arcade shops etc. I was also woken up both nights I stayed there to all different kinds of noises all night long. Whether it was from the music outside by the pool or people getting locked into the stairwell. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everthing my neighbors were doing. I really really did not like that part at all.
The toilet in my room continued to run There was a $47 “resort fee” for what???? Won’t be back.
Had no choice in stay or I would have stayed somewhere else. You cannot avoid the nasty cigarette smoke, wild gambling machine lights and people who appear to not have slept in days. Everything is overpriced, the “non-smoking” floors reek of smoke, the shops are mostly closed, the nightclub charges admission to hotel guests! and nowhere is a recycling bin to be found. However, the bowling alley is well kept and smoke free and the conference center is conveniently located. Txting the hotel staff made communication simple and efficient.
Our stay was nice. The rooms were spacious and somewhat updated, but the bathrooms were a bit tight. The hotel elevator situation it sucks. Most of the time you have to wait in line to get on because only one side was working. The lines at buffet was so long we waited 2 hrs to get our table and because they are in a rushed our table was not cleaned properly. The restaurants was also misleading with their restrictions, it was not posted on their sites that the buffet (steak and lobster night) are only limited to 1 lobster tail per person and at the Rim restaurant their all you can eat sushi had a designated seat at the sushi bar we couldn't seat there because everyone in our table is not having that. Lastly, on our last night someone triggered a false alarm early morning.
Everything we possibly needed, all in one place.
Great hotel
