The only negative was the 'room safe' did not work. The day after arriving we were sent a request asking if everything was fine. We replied the 'room safe' did not work. I believe we were informed someone would come to take care of it, but that never happened. No problem, we made adjustments. Everything else was very good. Thank you

Rooms were COLD. Despite themostats in two (2) rooms being. set at 77, temperature never got above 74. This issue has been presented to management previously. Both rooms required extra blankets in an effort to be warm enough to sleep. Hallways in hotel area were a common complaint with multiple guests due to the extreme coldness. Food at Second Street Cafe is definitely declining, obvious use of microwave for “hot” sandwiches. GSR definitely does not feel as welcoming and/or guest friendly as in the past. We will be staying elsewhere when we come to see shows at this location.
