Front desk didn’t want to help with reservations check in. Rented a day bed at the pool, no wait staff, bar back didn’t want to do his job that the bartender was telling him to do, in regards getting us bottle service! Property is runner down. Parking is non existent!! Especially if your a paying guest, your not guaranteed a parking spot!!

Actually picked a bad time to stay as Hot August Nights made checking in difficult, however front desk was great. Room was clean and bright. Outside of the Casino level place is very nice (not a Casino fan hate the smoke). Pool is outstanding.

Our room was not clean. There was trash on the floor, hair in the shower, mildew on the sink and broken chips in the dresser drawers. The air condition did not work well and there was no hot water at 4am.

Nice hotel n facilities. Unfortunately they only gave us 2 towels for 4 people n very un accomodative housekeeping staff , we're called them several time ,but they re never come. rather than waiting without knowing them come , i bought the towels from Walmart across the street. Sad
