Dollar for dollar, Motel 6 is a better option. There are few hotels that are “pet friendly” but this one really lacks. No amenities whatsoever. No cups, plates, silverware, ice machine, breakfast - nothing. The building was dirty and the crowd was a bit “druggy” to be honest.
Not a bad place to stay. Only downside is there is no housekeeping for the length of your stay. U need to request towels or anything you need but they won’t come and set the bed. Also there is no breakfast buffet. It is only a coffee table at lobby. Rooms were clean. Would prefer other hotels which does house keeping daily.

This hotel delivered everything I expected from an Extend Stay America and a little more. I stay there a few years ago and I expected it to seem a little “older”. It was just the opposite. Things seemed fresher and newer. I’ll definitely stay there again.
the bed was comfortable. The countertop was chipped and looked old. The fridge was so loud i had to unplug it. The window heater was too loud. The “breakfast” was terrible and mostly non existant. Granola bars. Little muffins and packets of oatmeal were woefully inadequate. I picked this hotel because it advertised breakfast provided. False advertising. For what I got, it was way overpriced. I will never stay in this brand of hotel again
We had most of what we needed to stay 2 weeks. There was a bit of a delay (a couple days) in getting silverware and appliances due to a high volume of travelers there but we made out ok. Staff was friendly and helped as best they could.
The room was OK. But no shampoo? Really? They ran out and the "shampoo guy" hadn't delivered any more. Also, the front desk was frequently not staffed.
Good, cost effective hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable

False advertisement, under renovations, broken window that whistled all night and when i complained that said, "Thanks fir letting us know." Staff was apathetic. Paid about 100 per night for subpar serivce and amenities.
Facility was a bit "down at heel". Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was a little intrusive .
The hotel was just right for me. It was quiet and close to shopping and to the business I worked for while there.
I paid for a non-smoking room and when I got to the hotel - early, just after 3pm - I was told there were no non-smoking rooms. I was put, thankfully, at the end of the hall where I could open the window and run down the stairs, but even with towels at my door the smoke from the hallway still came into my room. I was told by staff they were overbooked and couldn't even guarantee an NS room the next day (I booked a two-day stay). So if you have asthma or are sensitive to smoke, best to skip this hotel. I ended up getting sick. August 2015
Not much special going on here. The basics, and little more. Very clean and the staff was great, tho.

we only stayed one night, a family of 4 with two young kids. The room was clean and has a kitchenette which is useful for a family with kids. Had to request for shampoo at the front desk; the place really just has the basics. the grab and go breakfast was almost nonexistent even if it was more than a half hour before end time. Only coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit left, which was less than what I expected and i didn't expect much already. Good thing there was a donut shop on the same street. If you're staying in Reno so uou can head to the snow the following morning; there are better options at better prices and has facilities to keep the kids entertained.
