We stayed here for a graduation event. Multiple families here for three nights. Rooms - great! Social room for breakfast and evening social - great! Met all of our needs and made it easy to enjoy our stay and our time with friends and family. Highly recommend!

I have had issues with the hotel in the past and was willing to give it another chance they have new management who is not very friendly or professional. She changed my room reservation to a Smoking room without my permission.

This hotel is great. Upon arrival (early) we were greeted warmly and allowed to check in early. The lobby was clean and coffee was available .Our room was spacious and clean. The view from our room was amazing. (the mountains). We enjoyed the small kitchen area as we utilized it several times. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean also. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The evening reception also was ample. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. (The kitchen staff were not friendly ) The hotel is close to many restaurants and activities. Would recommend this hotel .

Great stay and hostess Carol and staff were the best..I will be back may 1 thr 3 and also made reservations for may 14 thru June 15 as I have more business to complete with my colleagues..There will be 4 of us residing there at that time

I used the app for Hilton to check in but when I got there they didn't have the room promised me on the app. Hilton is a great hotel. Just don't use the app - unfortunately it's a waste of time. The people at the front desk appeared disinterested in the problem, are unapologetic and impatient.

The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was good, but the person running the breakfast was rude to small children and not that great with adults either. It was like she was annoyed to have to be working. I thought perhaps it was a bad day, but it seems every day was a bad day for her.

Stayed here for a business trip for 2 weeks in late March/early April and have stayed on other occasions before. I am a big fan of Homewood Suites due to the amenities with the full kitchen layout and ceiling fans! Good variety of breakfast options, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and waffles. Also, they have a evening reception Mon - Thur each week starting at 5pm with free wine and snacks plus a small meal if you don't feel like going anywhere. It' s a nice touch after a long day of work. Also, the hotel is located close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are amazing. Lot of fun, takes a joke, always a smile. Upgrade was glad given from a standard two queen to a full blow 2 bedroom suite. So, you might be asking why not a 5 star review? Cold showers and a very long walk to the room. Besides not being able to get warm water (even after 10 minutes of running the water) it's a long walk with a lot of bags to the entrance to the elevator and walk down a long corridor to another really long corridor. TV's were new and most everything seemed to be in good shape minus the carpets. I dunno, I loved the staff...but the cold really irritated me. I will also note the hotel is a mere 9 minutes to the airport, which makes this place extremely convenient.

We've stayed at this Homewood suites before because I am a patient of Dr. Forsythe at the Century Wellness Clinic. The staff is very nice. The food delicious and very convenient to be able to eat at the hotel especially when undergoing treatments and not wanting to go anywhere. The rooms are convenient so I could rest and my husband could watch TV and not bother me.

The staff is nice. The mattress and furniture need replacing. Carpet in room 203 is nothing short of disgusting. I'm disgusted with myself for paying to stay here. No USB ports in room. I guess they congratulated themselves after installing nice flat screen televisions and called it a day. The TV system itself is not on par with other hotels. Meaning no channel identification and long delay before channel functions when using remote.
