Non smoking room smelled of smoke. The response from the hotel was people smoke in the hallways.
I liked that it had a lot of fun things to do.
The room was nice. It didn't have a microwave oven. But no big deal. I would like to see more .25c slot machines.
Reserved room with separate deep soaking tub for a higher rate. Hotel said the rooms do not come with that. I pulled up the room description and they said that 3rd parties reserve rooms with wrong information all the time and to expect that room won’t be as described. The room we got was described for a lower price which they would not honor. So I was charged the higher priced room rate but was given the lower priced room.

With limited amenities charging a $30 resort fee less than customer friendly. I will not stay again.
Not what I expected at all , felt like 2 star hotel . The heater wasn’t working and they did not show any help on resolving the situation I waited almost 2 hours for them to send a technician to fix it . Very disappointed about this place ! . I did not imagine it will go this way . A very bad experience
connected by sky bridges to other casino properties. got to stay inside out of the cold/wind/snow while enjoying the property and adjacent casinos.
Rooms were sub standard. Sink, shower did not drain properly. Standing water forever. Housekeeping should realize when cleaning sink barely drains. Very disgusting in my opinion.

I had two reservations because I was a day early. And they wouldn’t let me handle my biz in one visit to the bell desk. Also Luxury King room was a ‘24x20’ size room. I was never offered an upgrade on the first night, and on the second day when I had to recheck in, they said no upgrades available because they we’re sold out. Took approx. 45 mins to check in. The first. No reduction in resort fees, or discounts for the inconvenience, After I asked if it were possible?
Our rooms were fantastic. I have one con, at one point during our stay when i requested an extra key and was treated like a criminal imediately, very upsetting. Please dont assume im trying to do something wrong first, im a paying guest.
We enjoy staying at the El Dorado every time we are in Reno. from the moment you check in the staff are all so friendly & professional. The rooms are clean & beds are very comfortable. We actually had 4 family memebers stay the same weekend & they also loved their rooms. Even house keeping ladies are very friendly & nice.
Location is great. Everything being at one spot is very convenient. El Dorado combining with Silver legacy and Circus Circus makes for a great time! However the homeless epidemic is a problem. Finding people sleeping near our car or mindlessly walking around the parking lot, is a concern for both my family’s safety and theirs.
