The amount of money I paid for a Suite thru Expedia was awful. It had no VEIW of anything. The only window was near the ceiling and it was frosted out. We had to switch room and paid more for a room with windows. I will try my best not to book through Expedia. I swithced room thru the HOTEL. The new room was excellent!!

We stayed here 2 nights. I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and seeing that it’s a Caesars casino, I expected it to be of a decent quality. Boy were we wrong! We had a queen room and it was old and outdated, the shower isn’t suitable for anyone taller that 5 foot, the toilet poured out water when we flushed it, the furniture was all old and banged up, the air conditioning made a rattling sound all night. The first night the ac was stuck on freezing cold, the second night the hotel sent someone up to fix and they put it on heater, so it was at maximum heat all night. Didn’t matter what we did the thermostat didn’t change. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep and ended up checking out at 5am just to get out of there. There was also a few events on around the hotel so we ended up paying a ridiculous amount for the room for the Saturday night, had we have known these events were on, we wouldn’t have come as they weren’t really appropriate for younger children. Someone did contact me on the second day and said I could change rooms which I didn’t see any point being we would be leaving anyway in the morning but they comped my resort fees for the trouble. In the morning the shift manager didn’t even try to acknowledge me or ask about my stay, I had to show her a video of the toilet pouring out water which didn’t even really register much interest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
