When I arrived, I checked into the hotel as soon as I get into my room I discover the TV and one side of the room does not have electricity. I immediately called the front desk and long story short they didn’t come until about 4 1/half hours later, they first sent me housekeeping and then they just stopped answering my calls when I was trying to get an ETA Needless to say I was unable to go downstairs and gamble, which is what I really was intending to do so I pretty much just waited for them all night and I left the next morning without getting to enjoy the casino total bummer. I think it would’ve been simpler just to switch me out since I had just got there and had not even been in the room for not five minutes

Quick getaway

We really enjoyed our time at Circus Circus hotel….we stayed in the Sky Tower which was a bit far from the casino. I did like how we were near the parking garage though. The signs to get to registration were super confusing and far. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this time seemed like a “circus” to get around lol. One complaint I do have is wheeling luggage up and down stairs to get to the sky tower (near parking garage elevators) was a pain…..also, housekeeping must not have checked for towels hanging on shower curtain—there was a dried up (used) wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain bar and also dried toothpaste on our door. I did really like how there were so many charging ports and outlets in the room….i counted 7 plugs just with night stand, desk, and dresser—that’s not counting all of the lower outlets near the beds—that is a huge deal for us! The room was nice and quiet. Overall, it was a great stay!

Parking is free and plentiful. There is bell staff to help you with your luggage. The room is clean. The casino is small, but if you go up to the mezzanine level, three hotels are connected together in a block called the row. The other two properties, also caesar's properties, have great casinos. The walk at the mezzanine level between the three is really interesting. Lots of shops and food choices and interesting decorations.
