When I arrived, I checked into the hotel as soon as I get into my room I discover the TV and one side of the room does not have electricity. I immediately called the front desk and long story short they didn’t come until about 4 1/half hours later, they first sent me housekeeping and then they just stopped answering my calls when I was trying to get an ETA Needless to say I was unable to go downstairs and gamble, which is what I really was intending to do so I pretty much just waited for them all night and I left the next morning without getting to enjoy the casino total bummer. I think it would’ve been simpler just to switch me out since I had just got there and had not even been in the room for not five minutes

Never made it there because of major problems with Alaska Airlines. Tried to get money back or even a credit since I use hotels.com every time I book a hotel. Was told no even though it was completely out of my control. I will stop using hotels.com

I was told there is parking available. On Saturday the 18th I left the property and when I returned there was NO parking in any of the three lots. I literally looked for one hour and fifteen minutes. There was a crawl or drinking event and all spaces were taken. I feel as a guest I should have parking priority or if the least been told there would be limited parking on my return. This was very upsetting. I did ask to speak to a manager and was told no one in until Monday morning. The response was "sorry a very busy event" I feel this was not represented properly. When you are told parking was available it should have been available to guests and not drinkers and partiers.

My room was completely gross. There was still dirt all over the bathroom looked like the toilet hadn’t even been cleaned. The sink had brown dirt all over the bowl. The beds look like somebody had just sat in them. And it smelled like sewer.

Great room (Gold Tower) but far from casino and restaurants. Were given directions from parking to room that was very long and unmanageable with my 83 year old mother. Found quicker access to garage when we left. Enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I don't like about staying here is the long walk to the Skytower rooms. And the elevator wasn't working correctly when we were checking out so we ended up hauling our luggage down 11 flights of stairs

It’s very old and badly needs an update . I guess you get what you pay for. Next time will spend an additional $20 for a better place . The AC was bad and I could not sleep as it seems to have a mind of its own. Paint peeling and the service was decent .
