First time staying at Circus Circus… came here for a concert at the Silver Legacy. Everything is walkable. The escalators and elevators can get busy at times. Parking is convenient and free, no validation needed. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. The rates are reasonable. We’ll be back in August for a 3 nite stay.

Easy way to get around and Customer service nice only problem. The property needs maintenance. Besides the the hotel was nice and quiet. Sleep like a baby. I will recommend it

My rental car battery died. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me jump the battery so that I could make my flight. Everyone was professional and friendly throughout the stay.

Was such a nice change from our previous arrangements . .it was clean ,quiet ,and I was able to sleep there better than the other places I’ve stayed in Reno . Food was decent and the wife enjoyed the fitness ctr . Overall a great experience .

Employees are nice and friendly. The room was clean but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the ac made a lot of noise. There were homeless people staying inside the elevators pretending to be guest of the hotel or laying down on the floor next to CC tower. There was not even one security in the property to protect you in case something happened. They need to have one security by the entrance of each tower for guests safety.

The heater wasn't woking propery and air blowing from a vent in the bathroom was contstant, so I had to keep the door shut to minimize the noise. It was alaso obvious that the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Minor issues that didn't effect my stay.

Room was fine. Bed was nice. Tv was nice. I like bathrooms perfectly calked around the tub area. The view out the window was like looking into a dumpster. I didn't like the one entrance. Nice staff. Circus Circus needs a serious face-lift in the casino area. I like the security in the parking garage.... always zero problems...not well lit. Very dungeon like in that garage. Great security. I'm always shocked when my car isn't broken into. Very friendly employees all over.
