Employees at check-in, security, casino floor and restaurants were all super, nice and friendly. Choice of restaurants was great

The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful

The second stay was much better than this stay; we were in a renovated room which was much nicer. However, the hotel is very well kept, in general

When first arriving the bell hop was extremely rude he refused to get our bags telling to ask someone else and when another car pulled up behind us, the bell hop Jorge ran over to help with his bags. Our room sheets were dirty so they switched our room, the new room still has dirty pillows. AC didn’t work the first night so we froze al until the next day. The maid walked in on me and my boyfriend undressed twice. The worst hotel experience in my life.

Room was clean and updated. There’s plenty of restaurants to choose from in the property

There was no fan in the bathroom. The alarm went off in the early morning and we didn’t even set it! TV was nice and big but they don’t have many channels. There were various noises during the night. And in the morning they were drilling!!!!! And they deceive you by saying it’s only $50 and then you pay $30 hotel fee an extra person $10 fee plus 8% tax

Liked three casinos right together. Did not like fromt desk service, most of the staff were JUST OK. No extra effort given.

OK - I'm older. It's been 18 years 2 months since we were here. Things change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. By night 4 by back was screaming for another bed. The bathroom has not been updated. Not sure the swimming pool has been cleaned. For the price, booked on Orbitz, could have stayed numerous places with the same level amenities for less $$. Time to up the game. (went to the pool to relax - the gal didn't have scotch or a knife to slice/peel the lemon (that she did have). No poolside service and the pool wasn't at all appealing. Guess you really can't go home. 18 years is a long time :(

Very nice hotel; very quiet, clean & comfortable. Could use a safe in the room, also a small refrigerator. Bathrooms could use some updating, but shower was good.

The rooms arent what the pictures show. I had an outdated and small room. This was very disappointing, as I paid alot to stay and was hoping to have a new modern room. The staff at the front desk was a bit short with me when I came to check in, but everyone else from there from that point on was very friendly.

Nice casino, Rooms could be updated! Had to stay one night with my kids in a smoking room!!

loved the place I stay all the time when I hit reno

easy to navigate, very nice place, room was clean the only really complain would be the bathroom, it had a smell to it.

Parking garage was HORRIBLE. It took 25 minutes just to get up to the 7th floor as the west side of the structure was not accessible until that floor. Very tight spots and drive areas.

This hotel is old and the rooms need to be remodeled. Disappointing.

Person that checked us in a little short and did not offer water like others. Last time person was much nicer

Bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle never showed up. Room I requested was not available. Coffee choices were awful. Not enough wall plugs. Check in took way to long then it took a long time for them to give me back my deposit. I won't stay again.
