Staying at the Silver Legacy, it is right in the middle of downtown Reno and it is very convenient and walkable to all the other casinos in that area. It was a very nice older hotel. The registration staff was amazing. Very helpful and very kind. Now the maid service could use some help. When we went into a room, somebody had used the potty and it wasn’t flushed. And there was hair shavings on one of the sinks in the bathroom. Yuck. And in the couch in the living room, there was pretzels like nobody had moved the couch a little bit to vacuum. I like staying at this hotel. And I do understand that it’s older. But when it comes to cleanliness there shouldn’t be an issue. And there was. But other than that, it was nice.
