I was room behind the elevator and it was horrible, hearing the elevator going up and down all night was not able to sleep good after 13 hours drive to get there!

My room was clean and acceptable. Elevator and escalators non working, long wait for both. Front desk was not initially accommodating . Personnel explained the issues but was not helpful in resolving the problem. Finally was given the room Which was prepaid and confirmed by both Expedia and Silver Legacy . ( codes) Tone of manager was very unprofessional. Having said all of this, whether a booking is direct with hotel or through a third party, the front desk was clearly put out .

Overall, this is a great hotel. However, during our stay, several escalators and elevators were down for maintenance, causing inconvenience. Also, the pillows in the room are super puffy making it difficult to sleep. Different pillow size options in the room would be welcomed.

Great room sad restaurants

The hotel and room were Great! The coffee shop though where we decided to grab a quick dinner as we got in late was completely terrible. I am a restaurant owner and was really just appalled by the old dried out fries that were served to us , not even very warm to boot . My husbands Caesar with shrimp was swimming in dressing and my Asian chicken salad was old chicken strips not appealing .we picked through and ate what we could but I think with the over priced steak or fish houses as our other option we will be dinning out of the hotel next time .
