This place was a disgusting sh**hole. It was supposed to be smoke free but reaked of pot and tobacco. Crumbs and dust filled the draws and other surfaces. Not enough parking for all thw guests. I had to park accross the street in another hotels garage. I felt dirty just walking thru the facility. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible condition of property including uncovered electrical outlets, poorly fitted windows, and general run down facilities. Very noisy area not helped by huge gaps under the door and unsealed windows.
This property looks like it's beginning a renovation or upgrade. The whole downtown Reno area is in need of a facelift including this property very noisy rooms were clean seems understaffed moved rooms once because of noise I think they have long term tenants will not stay here again. The area is not safe
Smell cigarettes inside the room
TV cable was missing and had to be replaced and there waa baby seed on the headboard.
No cable. No internet. No soap.
The room was very clean. The bathroom had many towels. I like wooden floors. The t.v was not working.
This is the worst place I ever stayed , do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

we do apologize for the smoke smell in the room however an agreement is initialed upon arrival stating no smoking and some guests dont abide by the rules and for that we greatly apologize for the inconvenience hopefully you will come stay with us again and have a much pleasant stay thank you
