Booked here due to a power outage from a large storm. Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean, pets allowed (though the $75 pet fee was way too much, but we were in a bind), and had a very nice breakfast included.
no danish for breakfast
Nice breakfest. Plenty of parking.
Good place to rest on a trip
Unfortunately, I was not able to make it to the hotel due to my father's death. I contacted Orbitz to assist me with trying to get a refund, but the management at the hotel would not allow a full refund. Orbitz was great and showed some actual sympathy, but the folks at the Hampton Inn had none whatsoever. Given the circumstances of my father passing from COVID, I thought that they would understand, but instead, I was really disappointed. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again!
I only booked for the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Plus free breakfast. For a Hampton inn this was a little run down .
The hide a bed was terrible. It was sloped from head to foot and sagging. We asked for a different room with 2 queens. We were told that all of the hide a beds are like that. Overall cleanliness was good. Desk staff was not particularly friendly.
Nice, comfortable room. Only bump was that one wall was shared with the kitchen, so we were awakened earlier than we had intended.
The couch was bed was terrible. It was uneven and bumpy. We ended up closing it back up and sleeping on the too short couch. You should advertise for 4 only.
When we came to our room, we needed to rest but the sink was clogged. Called front desk to give us another room, he said none was available. Service guy came and tried to fix the sink. It made a lot of noise when unclogging the sink. I had a migraine and it really bothered me and we couldn’t rest at all. He finally was able to fix the sink somewhat but it left unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I think it was from the drano he used to unclog it. Thank you for listening.
The staff were very professional yet friendly and warm. I was surprised when I saw how large my room was. The beds were soft and fluffy, super comfortable, and smelled like freshly washed linen. I really enjoyed my stay and was able to get some much needed rest after a cross country drive.
Everything was great but staff charged my wife almost $4.50 for two cup of noodles...ones you get for 2 for $1 @ local grocery.
The hampton inns are antiseptic, no personality whatsoever. no foliage, no flowers, cookie cutter beige decor. Rather industrial grim. Would not recommend them.
Clean and quiet. TV options very limited. Breakfast has improved over the last few visits. Good location for me.
Good, clean rooms for our stay. Breakfast is usual for the inns. Nice to have stores around for quick bites and water, snacks.
Quick overnight stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed and room, very friendly and helpful staff. A little difficult to find at night even with GPS. I will look for a Hampton hotel in the future when I travel.
Always clean with friendly staff and nice toiletrys comfybeds wth soft sheets wth a accomodating breakfast its always a sure bet
