I love JAL, their service is superb.

My mother traveled Handicap and everyone was extremely helpful.

Jan 29, 2020

Experience with meals was not good as there was no option for vegetarian meals (without eggs and meat). If this option is available then the overall experience would be perfect.

Dec 21, 2019

Chance to upgrade with a reasonable price during check-in. Seats are too small and don't have enough space to relax comfortable but we paid too much for our air fare. As we paid much for the air fare, it's just fair to give us the best services from Delta. Kindly make our flights with Delta more comfortable and with good food. Food doesn't taste good. We've eaten only one meal serving and one serving of breakfast (only few slices of fruits and oily bread.)

No issues

Nice 787 jet made for a comfortable travel

Aug 2, 2019

The passenger behind should really have some level of approval over whether someone in front of them reclines. The guy in front of me reclined half the time, shoving the screen so close to my face that it became uncomfortable to watch for the second half of the flight. When we're talking about trans-Pacific, that's a lot of time that the good movies and shows were kind of unwatchable. Bummer. But the staff was really nice and there was no fuss about getting the seats I selected. No unpleasant surprises.

Jan 14, 2019

VERY full plane but the staff seemed unperturbed - and kept smiling. Was able to get an extra glass of wine when I asked (a long haul flight). I have avoided delta in the past - but I would fly with them again.

Delta has really stepped their game up in regards to their in flight customer service and meals
