Also known as Tokyo International Airport, Haneda Airport (HND) is one of the main air travel facilities that provide travel services to the Greater Tokyo Area.
It is an airline hub for several local airlines including Skynet Asia Airways Air Do, Skymark Airlines, Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways. It is estimated that the airport provides flights for more than 71,000,000 passengers per year.
When you fly to HND, you can book your car rental inside the airport using services provided by a number of different rental companies.
Choose from Nippon Rent-a-Car, Hertz, Europcar, and others located inside the airport or nearby the facility. You can choose from economy, compact, full-size, mid-size, van or luxury style cars from these and other rental locations.
Haneda is renowned for being the gateway to the rest of Japan, but if you can t travel too far, then the city has lots of things that you can see and do during your time there.
One of the great things about Haneda is that it s so well-serviced by public transport, so you can get to places like central Tokyo in 15 minutes if you take the train. You can even stay the night in Tokyo, Ginza or nearby Shibuya before travelling back to Haneda for Anago, which is eel caught off the coast of the city.
