ANA is great, the seats were a little weird, instead of the back reclining the seat would slide forward. Still, excellent airline.
Love bidding for upgrade. Business class is awesome!!!
I would like to say how happy I am with JAPAN AIRLINES. They are considerate and caring and never seem put out when asked for help. My go to airline for all my Asian flying.
Absolutely love flying JAL/American Airline!
Delta Comfort+ on domestic flights is worthless. Delta Premium Select is a mixed bag. It's probably worth the extra expense on a long international flight.
Hope you can upgrade on Y code ticket. I noticed several empty business/first class seats on my haneda to lax flight. I asked if i can pay for an upgrade on my haneda-lax flight but was not allowed because of the restriction to Y coded ticket.
Bags were slow to come out at baggage claim
If possible please upgrade the entertainment system to include more movies.
Excellent service. Food exceeded expectation. Comfortable seating. Helpful staff. Always take ANA to Asia
Japan Airlines is diffidently a step above most Asian airline companies! Everything was great. The only thing that could have been better was the selection of English movies.
Not sure why I couldn’t check-in online
Plane needs foot rests.
