I would highly recommend this property for a variety of reasons. Its so conveniently located next to terminal 3 of Haneda airport which for weary travelers is such a relief to not have to hail a cab or ride a subway there with your luggage. You can land, pick up your bags, load them up on the airport cart and take a pleasant walk to the hotel lobby. There you be greeted in a peaceful lobby with friendly and efficient staff. Majority of hotel rooms in Japan are small. We stayed in the average sized room which was smartly arranged. If you are traveling with more than 2 large luggage then you may want to upgrade the room. We had 2 roll on carryons and 1 large suitcase which was just right. Please note that there is no dresser, closet, or luggage rack. We used the 2 seat couch as our luggage rack. The tub is deep and you can allow the water to overflow as there is an outside drain as well as a tub drain so long you keep the door closed. Once you get settled in your room you can roam the hotel property. You find so many eateries and stores that will keep you busy especially if you land on a rainy day. This hotel offers free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland you just have to reserve your seat. Also some sightseeing tours which we did not try. The onsen is a must. The view and restaurant within the spa is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Comfortable stay for an early flight

Absolutely would stay here again if we had an early morning flight. It makes for the perfect last night stay with the onsen. The rooms were also clean and spacious and love all the shopping/food options just outside the hotel. Although the hotel was definitely a bit crowded

Very modern and clean hotel, connected to the Haneda airport by an indoor walkway. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a Lawton’s open 24/7 right outside the hotel. We chose this hotel for convenience to the terminal but if you want to use spa or gym facilities these come with an extra cost.

I stayed at this hotel, which is directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, to catch a morning flight. The room was small but functional and clean.
