Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in process was very fast. The location is very convenient and only a few minute walk from the arrival area of Terminal 3. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Premier side. Relatively new hotel and the superior twin was comfortable its size and well laid out. I also included the onsen in our package. Worth while.

Nice room. Convenient location. Nice onsen. But bad experience with getting the package we booked through Expedia. Two options were room alone or room with onsen privileges for a higher price. Chose the latter. Hotel did not honor and charged us again for the onsen. Definitely lost a long term customer.
