Very nice facilities. Everything was new and modern. Of course convenient if traveling to or from Haneda as it’s attached to Terminal 3. Good breakfast with a large selection. Courteous, helpful staff. Good shopping and some decent restaurants on the 1st 2 levels of attached Haneda Garden. Onsen was beautiful but too many ignorant foreigners breaking all the common rules. Great view of bay and Mt Fuji from the bar and onsen. Bar was very nice.

Check in time being so strict, even after an emergency with the plane crash, 1000s stranded, after sleeping one night in airport, then finally find hotel, wich was not clear any where i looked, had to ask information person, but no, have to wait till 3pm exactly, come on man! Needed shower and shave to be human again!

It is on the airport so extremely convenient. Breakfast was excellent although we had to rush to catch the Narita bus at 640am. Room was typical Japanese “efficient”

The hotel is located within the Haneda Airport Garden shopping and dining building, which is very conveniently connected to Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport. Numerous shopping and dining options are available close by, not only within Haneda Airport Garden, but also within Terminal 3. Transportation options are conveniently available as well, including bus, train, monorail, and taxi service. The hotel itself is new and very clean. Our room was small, but that is the norm in Tokyo. Check in and out are done via self-serve kiosks, which is a bit confusing at first, but the front desk staff provides helpful assistance. As a matter of fact, we found all of the staff to be polite, friendly, and helpful, and most speak or understand at least some English. We highly recommend this hotel for those who come to Tokyo via Haneda Airport.

For the purpose of airport stay it is a great choice. Easily walkable to/from international terminal.

The place is clean and everything up to date. However, the rooms are small; they lure one in with a reasonable price but then nickel-dime (charges for every scan or photocopy; get 2 small bottle of water but have to buy water after that no matter how long you stay; you have to pay to use the gym ~$US18/day which is not very good one, e.g. no free weights). The staff is very regimented - they will not deviate to give you a break on a request. Do not come to breakfast a minute late as they will take the food away right under ones nose. This is best for a one night when one has a layover at the Henada airport, where you will not spend a lot of time.

My wife and I got up early before her flight to work out in the fitness facility, but discovered our keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk to see what was wrong and found out that they charge 2200 yen per person for access to the fitness center. I have never before been to a hotel that charges for use of exercise equipment. What a rip-off. Everything else about the hotel was great, but their nickel and dime treatment left us with a bad feeling for the stay. This was our second time staying there, but I will look for a different place to stay next time.

After my stay for one night (After a long trip and arriving late) - I've decided to use the hotel every time I come through or leave from Haneda. I recommend getting the hot bath (makes onsen check-in easier and faster) and breakfast (as other places in the shopping mall doesn't open until 10 AM).

This is the 2nd times I booked this hotel. To be honest, the staff at check in is not friendly or helpful! Their check in machines are faulty, I was forced to check in with the kiosk, but it doesn’t work, so the staff had to check me in manually. The basic amenities like face wash, cream or lotion are gone. Check in at 3 pm, and check out at 11 am! The latest you can check out is 2 pm, but there’s an extra charge per hour.

First class traditional Japanese style Onsen hotel with some western style rooms. Deep cultural experience with all the modern conveniences. Two Onsen bath areas and a large, beautiful Japanese's garden with traditional Tea House. Lots of staff to wait on you like your royalty. Highly recommended. I loved it.

Inside the airport terminal.

Very convenient location. Enjoyed hot springs before getting on plane. Definitely recommend

Flight to Haneda airport from overseas is a long trip and to have such an excellent hotel attached to the airport itself was a great start to a sparkling vacation.

My favorite hotel near the airport. I stayed in like 20 times. Everytime I enjoy it even more. Satisfaction the top

This was a great hotel to stay for us the night before our flight out of Haneda. Right in Terminal 3, lots of dining options right there, and a 24 hour Lawson's. Everything is fairly new and clean, quiet room.
