I knew this hotel was in a Business district before I booked it and it was actually not bad. The location is super convenient with a short walk to Oedo line and a few more steps to the much larger Shimbashi station it offered an easy way to get around Tokyo and because you’re in a Business district just avoid the rush hours and it’s quite nice. Evening time may not have as many dining options as other areas but there was a decent selection close by. Room was clean and well kept. They offered a free baby crib which was a huge plus for us. Garbage bins and towels were changed daily and the bed was made but the sheets weren’t changed daily but that was okay with us. Room size was typical for a Japanese hotel but it had just enough space for us. Upon checkout we left an item behind in our room and we called the moment we noticed it was missing and the hotel found the item and they held it for almost two weeks while we travelled Japan and picked it up on our return to Tokyo before our flight home. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a nice area. Close to shops and easy to train stations. Very nice staff and very clean. Rooms are way too small, I guess since it’s Tokio. But it was hard to manage since there was no closet and beds occupied most of the room. It’s good for a couple but three adults I will not recommend it.

The Hotel staff were excellent. Very helpful. The room was clean and had all that I needed. There was a happy hour fro 5 to 7pm with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was very good. A large selection of foods. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
