This was my Frist time in Tokyo I'm so happy I chose this hotel to stay at. It was a 1 min walk to the train station. was located 1 min away from a grocery store. The property was beautiful and so well kept. Whatever you do don't skip out on the breakfast you need to add the option. The food was fresh and included breakfast, lunch and dinner options. the mocha rolls were incredible. My room was amazing and the onsite onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of walking. I'll will be back!

Our friends booked together a twin bed room as they only shares a room but not their lives and encountered difficulties from management Handling the situation , They had been offered a $5 drink coupon as compensation Once they realize the beds are separated but yet attached . They spend quite some time waiting for a resolution and it made our plans delayed … not cool . Poor handling.

This was an amazing stay. Very kind staff, good location and great rooms. The bath house was my favorite experience. I stayed for a week and went every day. I will gladly return here the next time that I visit Tokyo.

Beautiful property. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The surrounding area is very nice with ample restaurants and a small minimart attached to the hotel. Highly recommend!
