Everything was great except not enough laundry machines… if they had a few more washing machines it would be a 5 star for me. Hotel itself and rooms were very nice and we loved the public bath that was complimentary on site. Location is excellent - a few min away from Shiomi Train station and 3 stations away from Tokyo Station.

We took a family trip from the USA and stayed at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth, luggage storage was convenient, and the hotel’s location near a grocery store and train station was very helpful. One suggestion I would like to offer is to add trash bins in the public lounge areas and clearly indicate their locations for guests waiting to check in or for a taxi. While there are signs everywhere asking guests not to consume food or drinks in these areas, there isn’t a designated space provided where guests can sit and have a drink. Additionally, the restaurant area is locked and closed after hours.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect since we were spending some time at the Disney parks as well as exploring other parts of Tokyo. The train station was a 3 minute walk which was very convenient. There was a Family Mart entrance from our hotel and another grocery store by the train station. It was perfect for grabbing a quick bit to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Situated away from the bustle of metropolitan Tokyo. Rooms, property, restaurant, service, and amenities were fantastic, modern, and clean. There’s a Family Mart attached to the property, with the entrance in the lobby of the hotel. Shiomi Station is a rock-throw distance from the hotel’s side entrance. So although it isn’t close to major shopping districts, it’s very easy commute to wherever you need to go.
