Great location as it’s in the heart of kabukicho so there’s lots of dining options and entertainment. It is also close to Shinjuku station which has almost every line that you would need to go anywhere in the city. The rooms are kept very well and the staff ensure the room is cleaned well every day. They also give amenities that are small but useful such as free water boxes everyday and a fridge to use. Only small complaint I have is the area can be crowded and overwhelming at times, especially at night

Hotel Groove right in the heart of Shinjuku which is colorful, a bit touristy and raucous, but the hotel is upscale and quiet once you’re inside which was a welcome respite. The views from the tower’s high floors were stunning and the breakfast buffet was incredible (as were the bar’s cocktails at night). For three adults looking to explore Tokyo, esp at night, this was an ideal launch pad.

Bed too soft

Fantastic hotel with good offer of food. The only bad point is the matteress of the bed very soft too soft that it makes getting up very difficult. It had a good humidifier to humdify the air.

Don’t stay anywhere else!

Highly recommend this hotel. Modern, large rooms, clean and in a brilliant location. Robot service for rooms, Jam 17 restaurant delicious and an amazing Starbucks in the foyer. Oh and the views are incredible. Surrounding area is safe, exciting and in the heart of Shinjuku.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The view was beautiful. All staff members were very nice and efficient. I have to thank Haruka Suzaki because she helped me out a lot during my stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the location was excellent for shopping.

Another amazing stay!

Best high rise in the Kabukicho area. Close to many bars and restaurants, gets even better when night falls. A much better view than Shibuya Sky. Room was exceptionally clean, room service is superb and the staff extremely professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable and with the view, made me not want to get up at times.
