Hotel’s location is great as it’s a short walk from Shinjuku station and the airport limousine stops at the hotel. Primary reason why I booked the hotel. It’s a bit old but staff were efficient at check in and check out and there was a more varied selection of amenities provided than at other similar hotels. The microwave and laundry facilities were located at several floors which meant that one didn’t have to queue to use them. I would stay again at this hotel.

This is an amazing hotel! Our room was spacious and lovely. The there vending machine and washing machine in different floors of the hotel. Super convenient. Recommend washing small amount at a time since the dryer isn't the best. The hotel is close the the Shinjuku Station and lots of restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here.

I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice.

Great location, nice hotel
Overall we had a great stay. Hotel is in great location close to transportation, restaurants and activities. Super convenient to book the airport bus downstairs and the bus picks up right outside! Great amenities offered in the lobby too! Rooms are a bit small, bed was a bit hard and pillows were terrible (too hard). Overall I’d say a great value for the money for the location.
