This was a good hotel in a great location. We had no problems but at the same time it was the worst hotel of our trip but the most expensive. The bed was very hard and some of the furnishing felt quite cheap and dated. Also the hotel didn’t provide any water in the rooms. It was little things like that that stood out to us which made this hotel less good value. However if you’re looking for a central Shinjuku stay this would do the trick.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff in a great location in the city near multiple metro stops. Rooms are small, but that was expected in that area of Tokyo.
