Location of the hotel is great. Clean and organized. Amazing in every way. This is my place in Tokyo!!!

The hotel looks grand in the lobby but the room is dated. I lived in a room where the toilet flush didn't work properly-i had to hold down on the button for it to flush. In addition, I found the cleanliness to be an issue. I found several strands of hair on the mattress topper upon lifting the bed sheets for bedbugs (a habit when I check in). In addition, I also found shaved hair inside the tub which makes me wonder if the whole room was clean thoroughly. For close to $150/night and in Japan, I have higher expectations. I've never been to a hotel/airbnb where I found cleanliness like this to be an issue. Because it is dated, the outlets are not at the bedside for charging devices. Aside from this, this hotel is convenient to the metro which is next door, convenience shops like Family Mart across the street and within walkable distance. + convenience, close to Shinjuku highway express/metro/JR lines, airport shuttle at doorstep (1250 yen to haneda), staff spoke basic English - cleanliness, defect toilet flush

Except for location and very friendly staff that are excellent, the rooms require some renovation and enlargement! We spent in the hotel practically only nights but it was still difficult for two people to move around!

Hotel counter staff was friendly and helpful. I did not expect the staff to speak English but their English was good enough to help. They even called another hotel for me to get some items i left behind. Queen bed room had enough space for a desk and one chair.

This hotel is right next to the major Shinjuku subway station. its location and convenience are definitely the highlights of this hotel. If you look past the small hotel rooms (of most avg priced hotels in Japan), this is a great value. This location is also the final bus stop for the airport shuttle from Narita Airport. Buying a round trip airport bus ticket was the best decision we made this trip (vs taking the N’EX last time). Definitely coming back!

Hotel entrance faces a side road so need to orient yourself. Airport Limousine Bus stops at this hotel though frequency is less than some others. Short walk to Takashimaya, Tokyu Hands and Shinjuku Station. Rooms are small, typical of Japanese Business Hotels. Bed is equivalent to a US Full size. There's not much space to walk, and small space for your luggage. Bathroom is adequately sized and leaves little space for the hallway passage which is barely wide enough to drag my suitcase in. There are slightly larger rooms with two beds. Electric kettle available for making tea. Strangely, the bathroom door is transparent glass. Hot water oscillates in temperature a bit and not a major issue. Uninteresting view out of window. Bed was comfortable and room temperature not too warm. WiFi is also available. Room door had stiff spring, so difficult to keep it open when I moved luggage out. As a result the door slammed and I left my key card in the wall slot that keeps the lights on. Didn't have breakfast so can't report on that. There are places in the shopping areas where you can get coffee and pastries. Location very convenient to shopping especially when you need to come back to rest a while before going out again. Room comfort was good for 1 night stay.

Beautiful, clean, and convenient. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and inexpensive. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Close to multiple train stations. Nice bakery across the street. Good traditional food close by.

The location is great and very close to Shinjuku train station and the staff is very nice. We took the limousine bus from the airport that drops us right in front of the lobby which is very nice. It is in a quieter side of Shinjuku which is more desirable for family vacations. The room is small which is expected, however it definitely needs some updating, especially the bathroom which was a bit smelly.

Can easily get in/out of Shinjuku station, down a quieter street with both a convenience store and McDonald's next door.

I stayed in this hotel in 2015, every day with bottled water, but this time no longer.

Friendly staff and good location. However the hotel price is little bit high.

Excellent location and service. Suggest to all tourists visiting Tokyo.

We booked the eco room, tiny but good for one night to recover from the 14 hr flight. Mall is right by, limousine bus delivers you right to the door.

The hotel in general was very nice. Very close to the train, bus, and subway station, very convenient to different stores, even you can walk around and you can found a lot restaurants, fashion, markets. The hotel and the room very clean, hotel staff very helpful. room was small, but it was good just to sleep after a long day.TV channels were limited just to one english channel. One recommendation is to place coffe and tea packages every day even when the room is not cleaned but the staff

We have enjoyed our visit here. The staff is very helpful. We appreciate how close it is to shinjuku station-after a day of sightseeing it is so easy to get back to the hotel

The staff was great, very helpful. The room was very nice. Liked the breakfast

Best decision we ever made booking this hotel for our Tokyo trip. First of all, the airport limo bus drops you right there so no hassle getting there. Like all the reviews said, it is only a few minutes walk from the main Shinjuku station, which is a major hub, and has all these huge department stores right on top of the station, Takashimaya, Lumine, MyLord, Odakyu, so lots of shops & restaurants. It's a very busy high traffic area, yet the hotel is minutes walk away in a quiet side street. Family Mart & post office right across the street, subway station entrance ( E-Oedo line& S-Shinjuku line only) just outside hotel entrance, 24 hr McDonalds right around a corner for a cheap convenient breakfast, 10-15 min walk to the so called red light district & Golden Gai area where there are lots of good food for prices much less than you pay at the department store restaurants. You can very easily make your way to all the other neighborhoods in Tokyo by rail or metro from here. Just a warning, try to find out what number exit is closest to your destination. The larger hubs like Shinjuku Shibuya & Tokyo stations are so huge, picking the wrong exit could put you a 1/4 mile or 10-15 min walk away from where you want to be. Also destination maps in Japan do not orientate to N being on top like our Western minds are used to.

Very clean room, close to Jr shinjuku station, small room but it was perfect and able to accommodate our 3 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Had a Lawson family mart and a McDonald's close by. Plus the hotel name sign is visible so to tell you r on the right path to reaching your hotel sometimes I get disorientated coming out of the train station

Hotel is very convenient and close to major shopping area as well as very short walking distance to train/subway/bus station.
