Great location close to the main station. The airport shutter buses are directed to and from the hotel. Very satisfied.
Location excellent to shinjuku station Oedo E27 subway next to hotel hotel price thru orbitz lowest check in at front desk in a flash Limousine bus stops there for haneda or narita hotel 14 floors still no view security excellent card key elevator and room
The "twin" beds were really double size beds and were very comfortable, more firm than soft, a plus. Pillows were an interesting Asian version, partially filled with some sort of pellets/beans/grains maybe, but they worked. They use the newer cruise ship system of economy (the Japanese probably started it!), requiring a room key in a wall slot for power to be turned on in the room. A bit annoying when coming and going but can appreciate their efforts. The room was small, but we had a smaller one in LA at a Doubletree last summer, so it was doable and comfortable. Not much room for more than three suitcases though. The AC worked great and there was an in-room control for it, key since we were there during the worst weather - high 90s and high humidity, heat indexes in the 110s. Full-size amenities in the bathroom, which are appreciated, an interesting clothing press in the closet, and a bottle of clothing refresher and laundry bag. Robe and slippers provided also. The buffet breakfast is convenient and good but pricey, USD 21.50. The best aspect of this hotel is its location. It is a block walk from the Shinjuku train/subway station where you can get transport to any and all parts of the city. There is a Family Mart across the street, great for water and cheaper breakfast options, also a McDonalds 500ft down the block. At least 7 other restaurants/coffee shops along the block before the major intersection as well.
Has Laundry facilities and airport limousine pickup/drop off. JR entrance is nearby
Nice lobby, good service at the hotel desk. Umbrellas were freely available to loan from the hotel lobby which was handy during rainy season. The hotel staff also helped me arrange luggage delivery to our next hotel which was great. Our room wasn't huge (we knew that going in) but was clean and comfortable. Location was outstanding, super convenient to Shinjuku Station and there's a convenience store (Family Mart) across the street. They had laundry machines which was nice, although I wish they had more of them. I would definitely stay here again.
Conveniently located to everything. Restaurants, shopping and train stations. Nice staff. Room is small for 2 otherwise we manage to get bye.
Great service. I stayed for 8 days. Wished my room was vacuumed at least once during my stay.
