You can hear the cars if you are near the windows, but despite that I was sleeping very well. You don't need to go all the way down to the street to ride the metro. You can walk outside through a bridge to many places like the metro, shopping centers, restaurants etc. The location is perfect!

All I can say is INCREDIBLE. A truly amazing experience. Don’t even second guess it. Book this hotel. It’s close to everything via direct subway connections without stepping a foot outdoors. The breakfast option is worth it, great selection. The staff is so respectful and accommodating. The hotel looks brand new still, only 6 years old. Shibuya crossing is 8 minutes away! Just book it, you won’t regret it.

This was the first hotel we stayed in upon our arrival to Tokyo for the first time. What a treat! The staff were all great. The room and amenities were all great. Proximity to Shibuya Station could not have been better. Loved all the options for dining in the building. We want to come back!

Excellent location to access public transport and right next to the scramble crossing, plenty of food and shopping options (various price ranges as well) quiet at night, hot showers, great service and care from staff (check in/out staff all spoke English well, dining area staff did not). Cons include: breakfast buffet had mainly Western options which was disappointing, and the bed quality and pillow options were not the best.

My first time staying here and would stay here again! Location is EVERYTHING: Shibuya Stream is located in the heart of Shibuya and super convenient to get around everywhere! We barely had to take the train this trip as we were able to walk to most destinations. There are tons of restaurants and shops that are extremely close / connected to the hotel. As for the size of room, it is big compared to most standard Japan hotels: the one queen bed room fit 2 of us comfortably and we had 3 big luggages that we were able to open easily. Our room also had a full sized tub with the shower next to it which was nice (they even had bath salts for us to use which was perfect for all the walking we did everyday.) They have toiletries & face masks available downstairs for guests to take. Love that they also have a robot to come deliver any items requested LOL The hotel is also connected to the train station which was a time saver! You just head to the 3rd floor and it takes you straight to the train station; extremely convenient for getting to Narita airport (you just hop on the Narita express!).

Clean and conveniently located beside Shibuya station. There are plenty of coffee and dining options in the mall attached to the hotel, and a selection of free amenities in the lobby. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, and spoke English. We'll certainty be back if we return to Tokyo!
