Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The rooms did not include a safety deposit box. Additionally, the air conditioning and heating were centrally controlled, and guests did not have access to adjust the temperature settings.

The hotel is at right at the train station (walking distance) and close to downtown. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Staff were wonderful.

This was our first time visiting Japan, and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was a bit small with limited space to move around, however, I believe a lot of hotels are roughly the same here in Japan. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and relaxing. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. It made our first trip to Japan unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I booked a 2 double bed room for 3 people which states "up to 4" people. Upon check in, the lady at the front desk said "no only 2 people can be in a room" and forced us to split up and rent another room for the 4 nights. There was plucked hairs all over the wall in front of the desk from the previous guest. It was so noisy that i was woken up several tines a night by the sirens, someone on a mega phone every night and just loud noises from outside. I am not a light sleeper either. The only elevator is very very small amd aleays busy so get used to waiting

The property was centrally located and very close to multiple subway stations and convenience stores. The hotel is very small, but equipped with everything you needed. The staff were kind. We just didn’t interact with them very much. The rooms are only cleaned every three days, but that seems to be the standard across Japan.

This hotel management is so bad, they charge ¥1400 for breakfast(7:00am to 9:00am) but when we go there at 8:00am, 1/2 of items are gone. When I ask manager there. That just said we don’t have anymore, next day we go there 7:20am, but same, when I ask they just said not more. We stay 4 nights, every breakfast all same, most item rum out 15 months, but never replace. People who come clean room start making noise early morning in hallway and stay whole day. Front deck doesn’t care. Manager doesn’t care. Not one say hi to you.
