We had an excellent stay at this property. The service, the staff and the location were all perfect for us.
This hotel is truly wonderful. It is located just above Tokyo Station and is absolutely beautiful and central to Tokyo. It is as nice as any hotel we have ever stayed and is truly a 5 star hotel. The concierge's set up many difficult reservations and really facilitated our first trip to Japan. The hotel is just wonderful and a pleasure to stay at. We also wrote a more detailed review at Trip Advisor so I don't want to repeat myself, but we will absolutely stay here again when we return to Tokyo.
What an amazing place! The room was wonderful and very comfortable! They have really thought through what a traveler needs. The housekeeping staff kept the room so clean. We loved the location. Tokyo Station is such a beautiful building and the trains there connected to all the places we wanted to go. The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit pricey. But honestly despite that I highly recommend it and would likely stay there again.
A great location for access to trains and cabs. Fun to stay in a historic hotel that has been nicely renovated.
