The Tokyo Station Hotel

Great room- large, very comfortable and elegant. Great bathroom- if I could take the shower home with me, I would. Best hotel breakfast buffet I have had anywhere in the world. Friendly attentive staff and the location cannot be beat for convenience. My new go-to hotel in Tokyo.

We had such a fabulous stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is a historic hotel that was renovated in 2012. Very conveniently located adjacent to Tokyo Station. The staff were absolutely fabulous during our stay. The concierge was able to book choice dinner reservations at 2 of the "Top 50 restaurants of the world". And the bell staff helped us with our bags all the way to the train for our return to the Airport. They even helped us to find our lost luggage. I can't thank thank them enough. This is a Top notch service experience in Tokyo!

Excellent service. Staff walked me to the train station to purchase my ticket and then escorted my to the correct train platform! Hotel appeared to be freshly renovated.

Really nice hotel with excellent staff and amenities in an awesome location perfect to start vacation in Tokyo.

My stay at the Tokyo station was for business and some pleasure of taking in the sights and some culinary adventures for me and my wife. It was quite memorable!

Spectacular and oasis near the hub of Japan near business district and Ginza. Great breakfast spot and meeting point

This is a very clean comfortable and incredible convenient hotel. Being almost part of Tokyo station is a huge plus especially if you need to take the shinkansen (high speed train) and don't want to waste time doing too many transfers.. The room I stayed in was very well furnished and pretty classy yet still packed with all modern facilities you can dream of. I wish they had more choices for English speaking channels though... The restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricy but the food is excellent!! The only drawback of this hotel is that you would not have any nice view from the window unless you are interested in watching the people inside the station!

Located in the ideal area if you need to get to NRT via buses, although you have to walk about 6 minutes to reach at the Yaesu Bus stops, or via NEX. Great Wi-fi which I was able to FACETIME with my family without a connection lost. Comfy beds, pillows and a great bathroom! This will become my new Tokyo hotel for next visits.

This is a great hotel in Tokyo. The only challenge was the gym costs money, but I think this is typical in Japan.

It was wonderful. The location is excellent for the business traveler as it is attached to the train station. Close to shopping. Staff was over the top! I loved it. Harp music in the lobby bar in the evenings.

Hotel was in a great location relative to transportation to and from Narita. Rooms small. Staff exceptionally helpful. Not in the big shopping district but rather in a business district. Lacked quick access to food and drink at the hotel. Otherwise, an great place to stay.

Excellent location!. One easy train ride from Narita International Airport. Hotel location inside major train station is a plus. Hato bus tours counter just a few steps from hotel.

Very well appointed, recently remodeled hotel centrally located. Great staff. Only issue: access to restaurant is cumbersome. Intended for hotel guests only. Need to have other guests escorted up.

Great for traveling on the Shinkansen then next day because of location inside tokyo station. High quality in every way for relaxation.

Brand new facility and great value. The hotel is rebuilt in 2012 as part of the Tokyo Station structure. Very modern and yet elegant, with Wifi speed at 100Mbps!

The hotel is elegant , clean and location is very convenient. It's inside the train station, but it's 100% quiet. Very impressive.

A very gorgeous hotel with nice rooms and located right next to a major transit hub for the JR and subway lines. Slightly on the expensive side for the size of the room but that's normal in Tokyo.

Tokyo Station Hotel is a perfect luxury stay if you plan to use train system to see Japan and need either a greater starting or ending place or home base. It is literally attached to the main Tokyo train station, including the Narita Express which will bring you to and from the airport. The configuration of the hotel is the only confusing thing, e.g. separate elevator access to rooms vs. restaurants and meeting rooms. Exceptionally clean and comfortable - great wi-fi. Easy walking distance to Imperial Palace grounds (not open on Mon or Fri) and Ginza shopping district. Enjoy! TJO

Almost brand new hotel as part of the gigantic Tokyo Station. I arived at Narita airport at 2:00 PM, arrived at Tokyo Station via Narita Express by 3:15 PM, and then walked upstairs to the check-in counter of this Hotel by 3:20 PM. I then rushed to my meeting place in Tokyo before 4:00 PM which was 7 minutes away by subway. I had a productive meeting that was followed by a dinner hosted by my host near Tokyo Station. I wake up at 6 AM, cheked out the Hotel in 2 minutes, and then bought the ticket and walked up to Shinkanshen Bullet Train within 10 minutes for my meeting in Kyoto. Well, if you are in a big rush and want to accomplish as many meetings in Tokyo within a few days, this is the Hotel that you want to stay. Yes, it costs more than the average Tokyo hotel, and the room can be a little smaller than the average. On the other hand, its huge and nicely designed bathroom makes up for the small bed room. I wanted to book it again upon my return from Kyoto, only to find out that no rooms were available. Definitely, I want to stay at this Hotel again next time I am in town.
