The Tokyo Station Hotel is a historic hotel that holds up to its much desirved reputation. The staff is so very kind and ready to serve. The location right at the Tokyo Train Station is unbeliveable. We deeply enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was most spectacular. Staff was very polite, friendly, helpful and responsive. They make you feel like royalty.

Staff was so wonderful and helpful. APLUS. My only possible complaint was i didn't know it was a Hilton Honors hotel. Had i known I would have booked for points...and that was not the hotels fault. Comfiest beds..nice buffet

Hotel quality and location are outstanding. Rooms are spacious and the hotel staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Tokyo Station can be confusing for first time visitors. Understanding this the hotel staff accompanied us to our train platform. This was beyond our expectations for service.
