The hotel was near a lot of eateries and that made it very convenient for us after a long days exploring. It’s near the COREDO buildings about a 1-2min walk. One of those buildings is literally right across the street from the hotel. If you wanted to get more local restaurants and small ramen shops you could walk down about 5-8min just a few blocks and there were so many places to eat. 7-11 is right downstairs which made it easy for a quick bite to eat before we went out (side note: not much places are open for breakfast. They usually open after 10am or later). The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. They all spoke English and understood everything I asked. The rooms are just a bit small but that was expected in Tokyo. It was ok because we only came back to the room basically to shower and sleep. It was so convenient that a train station was so close, about a 1min walk to any of the entrances of the Mitsukoshimae Station that you needed. We could access the GINZA LINE from that station and be on the train within minutes from the hotel. Just be aware that you are using stairs to get down to the subway. Elevators are available but a little bit hard to find. Escalators are mostly available when you are in the basements. Just be prepared to walk up and down using stairs for a faster commute. All the stations that we visited to get to our destinations were handicapped accessible but it may take a bit of searching to find an elevator.

Our review is generally tainted by our experience in the bar, I went into the bar while waiting for my wife to be ready to go out for dinner, shortly after ordering my second beer my wife arrived. She sat down beside me and the lady behind the bar told her ‘one customer one drink’, my wife said she was just waiting for me, did not want a drink as we were going out. She was told she could not stay in the bar unless she had a drink….she left and so did I. I lodged a complaint and all the staff were very apologetic but I asked them if this is their policy, I could not get a straight answer from anyone…. So it is their policy. We will not be staying there again. If my comment is not accurate I ask the hotel please reply to this with a clear and accurate description of their bar policy. My account is accurate.

Great location with the Ginza line station just minutes away. Wonderful breakfast and it was great to soak in the Japanese style bathtub at the end of the day.

It’s a good location if you’re on business but not the best location to visit tourist areas. I was very surprised when I asked if we could CB eco in early and was told that a room was available but it’s $30 cad per hour for early check in. I’ve never experienced this before. I have been willing to pay extra for late checkout

This was the first hotel we stayed at during our trip. It was in a convenient location and had good dining options nearby. The walk to Tokyo Station wasn't too far either. The rooms were nice and the staff was very pleasant.
