Check in and out were quick and easy. The pool area was well maintained and relaxing. The rooms was very nice and provided excellent views. The beds seem a bit shorts so if you are over six foot you might notice. The breakfast is amazing, even for a Hilton. The choices are great and lots of fresh food.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton Odaiba, and I really wanted to upgrade to a better room but what we had was still very nice. I would definitely recommend anyone coming to visit Tokyo to stay at this location, as the staff was very kind and helpful! The food was spectacular and the overall experience made it pretty difficult to leave!

This hotel is located very closely to a train station which made for easy access. It was clean, gorgeous and the staff was great! Make sure you're aHilton Honors members to get the full experience. The food was great in the hotel. Make sure you get the shushi!

Very clean and had a nice view, close to train service

It was a highly pleasant stay. The location cannot be any better.

Stayed at the newly converted Hilton Odaiba (formerly the Nikko). Very accommodating staff allowed us to check in early. The hotel was walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed.

The hotel is remote from Tokyo and is really a wedding location--half a dozen on the day I was there. The hotel is understaffed--could not get a cup of coffee or then a check for breakfast. Completely unsuitable for business travel.

The front desk female staff were very professional and very nice. Great first impression overall. The room was large for a hotel in Japan, very clean and great view. The bed was little hard but had a good sleep. I did not get to use the amenities of the Hotel because I was not told where they were located or the times when checking in. The location was great because the surrounding areas were quiet. Because everything closes early around the hotel it was little disappointing.

Room was clean and comfortable and the ocean view was well worth the extra cost, staff was very helpful and efficient. Location was perfect the train and mall was right across the street and there are many affordable food choices there. Try the Japanese breakfast it was very good the American breakfast was not so good the eggs are all very under cooked. Only problem I had was when we arranged for pick up with the hotel's free shuttle from Disney Sea it was nowhere to be found so we had to take a 4,500 yen cab back to the hotel.

Hotel has a nice location, super view, staff is very friendly, but they promised to change our room to king size bed for me and my wife, but they didn't.

Hotel is lovely, the location is out of the way but easily accessible. Service is friendly yet super professional. Our room was small and on a low floor (obviously due to special price offered)but very, very clean and well appointed including very comfortable bed and linens. Dissapointments...spa, fitness center, swimming pool were closed for renovations also very expensive dining options (glass of champagne at the lobby bar was $23.00). Coffee in room is not complimentary ($4.00+) however tea is complimentary.
