We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is so convenient because it is located right next to Shinjuku station. We were able to get to all our destinations in a timely manner because of this. Everything is so clean and they even provide amenities like body lotion and hair ties in the lobby. We purchased the added breakfast plan for our stay and did not regret it. The food they offer is very tasty. I highly highly recommend staying here!

Location near Shinyuku Station with many transportation lines, Government Center, City Tour groups, and terrific food options make this smaller hotel ideal! Breakfast options in the hotel were extensive with Asian and American options. The fresh pineapple was out of this world. Rooms are small (but hey it’s the heart of Tokyo). We liked it much better than other larger name brand hotels nearby. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location to catch the train/subway. It’s clean, a ton of restaurants and shops close by. Checkin was fast. We were there 20 mins before checkin, but they gave us our room early, stating it was a favor. It was appreciated. We didn’t use any amenities offered, so cannot comment on them.

Tiny room for the price but then again this is shinjuku, tokyo. It was tight. The staff were perfunctory at best except for 1 person. Breakfast was varied and substantial but Japanese based not so much western (but I like and ate Japanese version to my heart’s content). It was good to have a washing machine & dryer although very small loads and no instructions! Location was the best part near the station, but next time I will stay in Ginza Solaria or the Mitsui Garden for a better value for money.

The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The room was small and the bed was moderately comfortable. I was disappointed there was no gym and the off-site private option offered at the front desk is ridiculously expensive. The location is great.

We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext.
