was a wonderful hotel. nice lounge on the 2nd floor. the remarkable part of our stay was the staff. they are incredibly respectful, polite and courteous. the housekeeping staff is spot on, rooms cleaned daily. the front desk staff was very nice and courteous. a plethora of dining options all along the corridor. perfect location for the ginza area.

Great hotel in great location. Only downsides were small rooms, lack of fitness center and a limited onsite restaurant. But cant beat the location, tucked into a quiet corner of bustling ginza.
