I chose this hotel because it was very quiet before but this time i was woken up Room 703 by a very loud demonstration happening in the garden area beside the hotel at 8:30 am. And if you like to sleep in dont stay on this side of the hotel because a giant bell rings at 12pm every day. Staff wasnt very accomodating to our requests as well even if we booked a whole week’s stay here. I hope they can do better next time.

Had an amazing time from checking in to checking out. Immediately after checking in I was led to my room where my luggage was brought up and soon was met with a tea service. Staff was attentive and courteous, came back to a clean room every night, turn down service including water by the nightstand, tasty chocolate, and origami. Checkout was personable the staff called me a cab to get to the airport and loaded my luggage. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Okura epitomizes graciousness and dignity. Starting with the unobtrusive attentiveness of personnel and extending to peaceful design esthetic, furnishings, room comfort, and every other aspect of my visit (Heritage Wing). This will be my choice in Tokyo from now on.
