I loved everything about it. The location & hotel. But when I used the wash & dryer, it smelled like moldy.

Fabulous location. great staff. Loved having a washing machine. Very safe. Very smooth check in and check out.

We had difficulties getting in to the entrance, but were treated royalty. The breakfast was delicious. I will stay again with next Tokyo trip.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood in Chiyoda, Tokyo. It was conveniently located adjacent to Tokyo station which is a great hub especially for those planning side trips to Mt Fuji, Yokohama, Kamakyra, etc. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

While it's initially hard to find Oakwood Premier (take the Yaesu north exit and keep going north on the station side of the street), it's well worth it. Staff is great, the views are fantastic, and the rooms have all the amenities and more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent service, very high-quality room, great facilities.

Great all residence-style hotel. House-keeping daily, plenty of amenities in room including washer/dryer, kitchen, fridge, rice cooker, coffee machine, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is right next to Tokyo station (Yaesu North exit for JR trains). Lawson's convenience store downstairs is super convenient. Very quiet at night and didn't hear a peep out of any of the other guests so either all of them are quiet or the walls have good insulation. Airport shuttle bus doesn't stop here but you can take it to/from the Shangri-La which is right next door. Breakfast was ok - does the job but nothing terribly exciting.

Our room was brand new, very spacious, and loaded with high end technology. It is right next to the Tokyo train station so very convenient to get around. The breakfast was very limited on selections and they charge for wifi.

This boutique hotel, steps away from Tokyo Station and a few blocks from the bustling Ginza district is a gem in central Tokyo. A highly efficient, courteous and well trained staff greeted me upon my early arrival and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room is very spacious, modern, sophisticated. All around this was a terrific experience.
