We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premiere Tokyo and will definitely opt to stay here when we are back in Tokyo. 1. The staff are very efficient, accommodating and speak perfect English. Check in was a breeze. We had some orders delivered and they had the packages ready in our room! 2. LOCATION! The airport limo bus fron Haneda stops right at the doorstep! The Apartments are located in Tokyo Station, there is a Daimaru right next to it, the Tokyo Station has a seemingly unlimited options for food including a RAMEN ROW in the basement, a starbucks is in the station as well, AND there is Lawson mini mart right infront of the main door! 3. The rooms are huuuggee for tokyo standards. Okay, even for non-tokyo standards. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on our arrival which had a full kitchen with a kitchen counter. We stayed at an executive studio on our return and it was still spacious with a kitchen, bathtub, separate shower, washing machine, full sized ref, the works. It may be pricier than a regular hotel room in Tokyo but you are getting your money’s worth. The convenience of its location and of having most of what you need at an arm’s length can’t be beat. Definitely recommend the Oakwood Premiere Tokyo especially for families travelling together!
Right next to Tokyo Station (Yaesu Central exit), so wonderfully convenient. Staff brilliant. Room is a compact apartment, but that translates to a huge hotel room, with kitchen, lounge and bedroom spaces (Deluxe suite). Breakfast has limited savoury options, but decent continental choices with very tasty preserves etc to go with cereal, and decent selection of breads, croissants and pastries. Will go there again next time I am in Tokyo.
The first impression of the hotel is its beautiful design esthetic. We were is a one king bed deluxe suite and our teenage son’s were in a superior studio. The hotel was able to accommodate two twin beds for them. The deluxe suite was perfect for us to all gather in our room for eating. The rooms are incredible - new, very comfortable and extremely immaculate. They have thought of everything. The location is perfect next to Tokyo station - great restaurants and fantastic shopping - not to mention convenience for train travel to get around. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.
I had a great upgraded room with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and large bathroom. Rooms are huge by Tokyo standards but it is partly due to the fact that these are also for extended stay rentals. Location is great, hotel is very safe and clean. Safe are all very friendly and helpful. This is not a regular hotel in the truest sense so don't expect all the services a normal high end concierge performs. They do however, make good dinner recommendations and reservations. This is the second stay for me and I would definitely stay again. I travel to Tokyo twice a year and I have added this hotel to my short list of places I stay at.
We stayed for one week here for our look and see trip, these apartments have something for any family size. Biggest plus is the airport limousine bus stops right at the doorstep. Walking distance fro Ginza
The Oakwood Premier in Chiyoda is literally next to Tokyo Station and the Limousine Bus service from Narita is downstairs. Wonderful rooms with full kitchens and laundry makes dropping in after long flights ideal. It is also central to many attractions including the Ginza and Imperial Palace. The hotel staff is great....very helpful in every way. Every detail is appreciated...nice breakfast buffet, top security and lots of shops in the office towers underground.
This hotel is great. It is connected to Tokyo Station and many department stores nearby. It is very neat and clean. Hotel staff is ver nice. The room is spacious and equipped with all useful appliances. Its security is good too. We need to have a key card to enter the building. On ground floor, there is lawson. Very convenient.
We actually stayed at the shangri la for 4 nights but then because a trip to Hakone got cancelled we ended up staying 2 nights here as two more nights at shangri la was coming in at over £1100!!! We paid a fraction of this place and it was a great choice, in hindsight I could have saved q lot of money and spent the whole 6 days here with the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathroom, bedroom and front room. It is literally 100 meters away from the shangri la and also above Tokyo station making it an excellent affordable stay. The staff were beyond helpful providing adaptors, cables and welcoming us to the daily free drinks and canapes in their lounge for residents. An overall relaxed, clean and welcoming service. The rooms were immaculate and spacious with plenty of light. The breakfast spread was simple and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and return myself given the opportunity
Pros: - Right next to Tokyo Shinkansen Station - Clean big rooms - Good air con - Shopping In Ginza nearby - Friendly service - Easy check in - Worth the money Cons: - Expensive - Breakfast is just ok - Have to use two elevators to get to your room.
What a great place – spacious, modern, full of gadgets, clean, warm and lovely staff. This was a very enjoyable brief stay and proves that you can stay in Tokyo at a reasonable price and with plenty of room. Highly recommended.
