Great, amazing hotel! Our room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were so wonderful, thoughtful and friendly. The location is perfect—above a train station and a mall with a Starbucks for easy morning coffee. The mall also had a Family Mart and a small grocery store for quick essentials. The Shibuya excel is an excellent hotel, the location couldn’t be any better! The view from our room of Shibuya crossing was so breathtaking from the 23rd floor, the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that’s you have the best stay possible. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back next trip!
You can see my. Fuji on a clear day, we were able to see it on our first day there. The view of golden our from our window was absolutely amazing

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 11 nights in Japan, and it was extremely convenient for transportation and walking around. The location was definitely the greatest thing about it and the main reason we would return. The room was overall nice, not spectacular but nothing really negative to say.

One thing I notice in all the hotels we have stayed is… plenty of Staff in line at the lobby waiting to help guest, which I have not seen before in any hotels. Excellent job!!! Rooms are actually spacious, breakfast is quality standard and good variety. Beds were hard felt the spring and bathroom is tiny and needs modernising. Excellent location and recommend the airport limousine coach takes you right outside of hotel. Japan is cheap btw :)
