This is my 3rd stay in the hotel, the location is excellent. The rooms are small but the breakfast is very good. I recommend that you venture out into the streets and alleys. They are all connected. You can walk to H&M, Forever 21, Donki Mega store and lot's of good food on the road level and the basement food street. The Shibuya station is connected to the hotel, so there’s no fear even when the weather changes. I was caught in the heavy storm but I could get back to the hotel safely because of it's location and shelters. There's plenary of shopping around, and you could see the famous Shibuya Crossing while taking the lift to your room. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is worth it.
We stayed here for 8 nights in January and will return here in May. After checking out Shinjuku we have changed our hotel booking to be back here in May. Shibuya is less touristy, the hotel is close to shops and food, and sits above the Shibuya Station. Everywhere in Tokyo is only a train ride or two away so having close train access is perfect for us. It is also where the Narita express stops so it is convenient for fly-in and fly-out from Narita. The other great features of this hotel - it is right next to the Shibuya Crossing; free mobile phone with unlimited data we could take all over Tokyo; free unlimited WiFi in the hotel that worked flawlessly; all staff spoke English; we could leave our luggage with the hotel after checking out until we were ready to catch the narita express home; house keeping were excellent. The downside - the beds were very hard. I had bruises on my legs; toilet needed a bit of air freshener.
Extremely strategic hotel located near Shibuya Crossing. The great place and spot to take a picture or time-lapse video of people crossing the streets. Around the hotel, you can find great cheap food and souvenirs.
Very convenient location, right above the Mark City which is linked with the Shibuya JR/Metro station. There is airport bus to/from the hotel. Very spacious room. Helpful staff as they helped carry our suitcases to the bus stop.
The hotel located at the midddle of Shibuya's hustle and bustle with a lot of restaurants and shops around , above the train station near the famous Hatchiko exit. ( the Yamanota line at this station is convenient to reach almost anywhere.) And above the famous Shibuya crossing. I booked a room overlooking the crossing. The room with a huge window (can't be opened) overlooks Tokyo and of course the crossing. Not large, but comfortable with a small seating area, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi. Also there was in the room a mobile phone with a built in GPS of Tokyo's streets and attractions marked in it . We didn't use it. The bathroom equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste ,a one-time hair brush and a lot of more comfort treats . The shower with a good water flow. The room was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable for sleep . The staff are nice and helpful . Important - If you arrive with a train there is no problem, go up with the elevator to the 5th floor and there the hotel reception. If you arrive with a car, you have to know how to get in. The GPS and Google Maps led us to the entrance of the train station and only after a few rounds with the car and a few phone calls to the hotel reception they explained how we supposed to arrive with the car to the hotel enter, from a side street. So if you come with a car make sure you know exactly how to drive to the entrance.
The hotel has amazing location. Stations shops hachiko etc. the room also Big and clean. Choose highest floor so u can see legendaryshibuya crossing. The room is quite expensive but value for money. For 3 adult and1 child I just Only book 1 big room enough. Access to airport also very easy. there is direct limo from airport . Definitely I will choose this hotel if I go to shibuya. Shibuya is not as crowded as shinjuku. First choice who one first time go to Tokyo.
We stayed in the quad room, which was a good size by Japanese standards. Normal price is a bit on the high side, however we booked early and got a discounted rate which made it very reasonable. Location is absolutely awesome. It took us a little while to figure out how to get to the hotel from the station, but once we had that sorted everything was very convenient. Hotel itself is nice and would definitely recommend it.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. And this explains why the hotel is also pricier. It is located right above Shibuya station which has plenty of train connections to diff parts of Tokyo and Japan. From here you can take the jr line yamanote to shinagawa or Tokyo stn to take the Shinkansen to other cities. The hotel is also right beside Shibuya mark city 5f where you can take the airport limousine to and from the airport as well as the bus to kawaguchiko. Absolutely loved the fantastic location. Close to shops and restaurants. Higher floors also have a good view of Shibuya crossing. However all the convenience means higher prices for this hotel so expect to pay more for its prime location. Otherwise, hotel rooms are quite spacious for Japan's standards.
Location is amazing! Smacked right at the distinctive Shibuya scramble crossing! Very convenient for shopping and food. The room is spacious for Tokyo standard, although pretty basic. Breakfast is on the TOP floor , perfect to view Tokyo skyline.
I have visited this hotel a couple of times now. Their customer service is great, rooms are large (for Tokyo context) and their customer service is great. Staff speaks English very well. The location can not be beat. Steps to shopping, restaurants and trains.
