This was the first hotel we stayed in during our 11 nights in Japan, and it was extremely convenient for transportation and walking around. The location was definitely the greatest thing about it and the main reason we would return. The room was overall nice, not spectacular but nothing really negative to say.

Dated rooms, but location is amazing

Rooms were dated and so was the bathroom but very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location is key although hard to find for us initially form Shibuya station.

One thing I notice in all the hotels we have stayed is… plenty of Staff in line at the lobby waiting to help guest, which I have not seen before in any hotels. Excellent job!!! Rooms are actually spacious, breakfast is quality standard and good variety. Beds were hard felt the spring and bathroom is tiny and needs modernising. Excellent location and recommend the airport limousine coach takes you right outside of hotel. Japan is cheap btw :)
