The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was great. We had a corner room with a great view. The room was very clean and maintained. The bathroom was very clean. The hotel is nextdoor to the train station, scramble, and shopping district. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the Shibuy sky building. The staff was very helpful and kind. They help us with our laugage delivery to our next destination. The hotel was easy to find and great access to the train stations. I will stay here again on my next trip to Japan.
