Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

The only thing I didn't like was the room was kind of small, but that's just my general thought about room sizes in Japan. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Check-in and out were extremely fast and efficient. My favorite thing about the hotel is probably the location - it's very conveniently close to many food places and a short distance walk from the Shinjuku station.

Best hotel in the area. Everything seemed brand new and the staff was so nice! Can’t beat the location.

The hotel is beautifully situated in fun Shinjuku, with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. The staff and amenities were lovely. Did you know you needed a foot massager and humidifier? And for an inexpensive fee, you can have your luggage sent ahead to the airport so you needn't lug in on the NEX train. The free wifi phone that provides a hotspot across Tokyo was very useful. I was able to easily navigate streets, subways, and train with it. Even the single rooms are bigger than the usual Japanese hotel spaces, with good-sized bathrooms and a lovely soaking tub. They really are singles, and you will have to enjoy intimacy in and out of the bed if you book a single for two people. Yes, the beds and pillows are the harder Japanese style, but I found them comfortable, and you can order a Western pillow brought up if you like. I enjoyed Hotel Gracery Shinjuku and will happily return.

Room size little bigger than Japan standard. Staff willing to help. Bathroom floor rather slippery, oily (carpet also need deep clean). Breakfast at bonsolute also a let down.

Great location, buffet breakfast is great. Near Shinjuku station. Lots of shopping and nightlife in the area

Near to Shinjuku station. Have shuttle bus to Shinjuku JR station. Nice location

The bathroom is very nice, it takes up about 50% of the room size. The water pressure is superb. Overall satisfactorily.

Close to many restaurants and shops. Room cleanliness is great. The breakfast is sufficient but could have different varieties everyday.

Nice hotel. Very convenient in the centre of Shinjuku entertaiment area

Nice location. Walking distance to everything. Satisfied with the hotel. Breakfast was good

Great location. We had been out walking all day and returned for a rest at 3 pm with a drink (tea) and our room was being cleaned so we returned to lobby area to wait with our drinks only to find no drinks/food allowed there! There was absolutely no where to sit to rest. Very discouraging. Concierge helped and hotel made an exception for us due to the special circumstance! Concierge helped us more than once!

Two week stay in this hotel. In the heart of Shinjuku yet 22nd floor room was extremely quiet. All room furnishings in like new condition. A bit tight on space so I'm glad we'd upgraded to the room with two twin beds for two adults. The room includes a shower room with ultra deep soaking tub which was quite a perk. Stay here if you want to be in the middle of Tokyo's around the clock bars, restaurants, shopping. Ten minute walk from Shinjuku station or ride the 100Yen WE Shuttle bus.

Smaller than we see from the picture . Both rooms and bathroom

very nice hotel just at the central of shinjuku, just above dozens of great restaurant. However, rooms are very small but well equipped.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Endless restaurants, bars and shops right as you exit the hotel. Less than minuets walk from Shinjuku train station (for US$1 you can a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel and back that runs every 15 minuets, or $7 by taxi). The rooms are VERY small. Our room had a strong smell of mold coming from the AC system (we were just too tired to switch rooms, otherwise that would have been the first thing...) Western breakfast was OK but that’s it. Overall for the location and amenities it’s an OK value. Don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed.

Good location close to everything Room good size with eveything you need

I like the bathroom very much. The toilet is separated from the bathtub. I could deeply soak myself in the bathtub.

convenient to train station, rooms very small and in red light district.
