Room was small but clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Never got to eat in the restaurant for breakfast. Completely booked every morning the whole time we were there.That was difficult because there is no places near by for breakfast early. With the exception of a McDonalds and a Starbucks. Godzilla balcony was closed due to issues, if that was of interest to guests. Great place in every other way.

Great location in Shinjuku, as you walk out the hotel nightlife and restaurants are everywhere. Your about 2 blocks out the east exit of the Shinjuku train station so transportation to other areas is very easy. Only drawback is the room is on the smaller side but we spoke to fellow travelers we met and that is the normal in this area. Altogether would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Good, fun, clean place. Couldn’t get a simple cup of coffee from the only restaurant because I didn’t buy the entire breakfast, so that was annoying. And the beds are really hard. Otherwise excellent.

Like this hotel very much, room was clean and very comfy, though the area might be too busy all the time, we all enjoyed the vibe and the food around. Very convenient to get to metro/train station and shopping. Coffee, tea and fridge in the room.

So cool to see the Godzilla head on display up close. Too bad the deck was being renovated. Also, unfortunately, the lounge was only open to people ordering something, which means it's surprisingly difficult to find space to work on your laptop in the early mornings when everything outside is also closed.
