Three in my family stayed here. Room small but serviceable. Too far from Shinjuku Station to walk with luggage feasibly. We had a hard time getting a taxi from the station to h the hotel (it was raining, but I am also under the impression many cans are pre booked these days). Without bags about 15-29 minute walk to Shinjuku might life and shopping.

The hotel is updated and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet has good options. And since the baked goods come from the bakery in the lobby, they are on point. The area felt safe. There are a few train options within 5-10 minutes of walking through the park. Shinjuku station is probably more like 15-20 minutes of walking away. Do not miss the observatory at the government building towers.

Nice boutique hotel in a convenient location within the Shinjuku station. Artsy vibes and trendy restaurants, one with an outdoor terrace present variety for dining. Within walking distance you can also find other local eateries and restaurants plus convenience stores so there’s a lot of options.

The park across the street is beautiful! The hotel staff was very helpful; the hotel was clean and the restaurant was very good. I'm glad I chose a larger single room, it was small but efficient. On the negative side, the bed was the worst and most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. And the breakfast was very good but there were many trays of food that needed to be refilled faster for the quantity of people through there.

10-15min walk to the centre of Shinjuku but with tired legs or on rainy days I often walked 5min to Tochomae station which is one stop from Shinjuku. Bakery serves Artisan bread which a rare find in Japan. That and the tapas restaurant is popular with the locals. Rooms are the usual small standard of Japanese room with about 6 hangers for clothes. Loved the fact that i could open the room window.

We stayed at this property at the end of our trip. Compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at this was our least favorite. We said it was nice but we wouldn’t stay again. But, you get what you paid for the price point. However, we expected a little bit more service and hospitality wise. Check in and out was easy. During our stay we barely interacted with the staff. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station and 10 min walk to Oedo line. Good hotel for a couple of days, nothing special.

This hotel was situated at Shinjuku, but requires around 21 mins of walking from Shinjuku station. There are two other metro station nearby (Tochomae, 10mins walk and Nishi-shinjuku, 14 mins walk), both connected and sheltered walkway to the Shinjuku station. Metered taxis to and from Shinjuku/hotel costs below 1000yen. Bear in mind that the hotel taxi area is not sheltered. The hotel is popular as the lobby area are often full of tourists. The twin room that we booked are small, but enough to open up 2 cabin sized luggage after shifting the furniture around in the room. Beds are clean and I like the small pillow that you can hug to sleep. I also like that the hotel room has an air deodorizer spray for your clothes, shoes...etc. Housekeeping (deep cleaning) is available once every 3 days. The hotel has a bakery and a restaurant on site. I especially like the donuts from the bakery. Food at the restaurant was good and delicious. Hotel staff are very friendly and we borrowed umbrellas from the hotel as it was raining most of the time while we were in Tokyo.
