Excellent location close to Shibuya Crossing and train stations. Lots of restaurants within the immediate area. Recommend this hotel. Pur room was small but had everything we needed.

I didn’t realize until I got to my room that they did not have Air Conditioning. The only option was to open a window that’s a fee blocks away from the busiest intersection in the world. I left and booked a different hotel so I would not be miserable. Hoping I can be refunded since I never stayed here.

I would like to start by saying the staff was AMAZING! Truly went above and beyond during our check-in. The rooms though felt a little bit old and the outlet locations were inconvenient. We also didn't like the glass wall for the bathroom - the curtain to cover up felt odd.

This hotel was clean and felt safe to stay there. The staff was very nice and accommodating to everyone in our group (18people). It was a 3 minute walk to 7-11. 5 min. walk to Starbucks. 10 min. walk to Shibuya Train Station.

Although this is an older property, the location is GREAT! All you need to do is cross the street and you're in the Shibuya train station. You are also 5 minutes from the Shibuya Scramble Cross and all the shops in surrounding that area. The staff is also kind and patient (but more importantly, they all speak English). The single rooms are tiny, but this is Japan, so expect that everywhere.

This was the dirtiest place we stayed in all of Japan. The hallways are trashed with cracks in the walls, pictures falling off, and marks of god knows what. Then you get inside your room and it’s relatively clean (but in the same way a super 8 motel would be). Our issue was that the shower head fell off and the heat wouldn’t turn off. The front desk told us to open a window. You can tell that when this place opened it was beautiful but the upkeep leaves something to be desired. The location is amazing, but honestly just find and APA near by instead this place is going down hill so fast.
