We had a wonderful time but as first timers we got very lost. Hotel is little difficult to find due to signage being hidden. We actually walked by it twice but otherwise we had a wonderful stay and staff were very helpful!! It is also slightly on hill. But very close to everything. Excellent location!!

Great litrle

A very comfortable stay. Rooms are smaller as they seem in Japan. Location is great, in Shibuya stop with access to many subway lines. Lots of good food and shopping with a 5 min walk. New South Exit provides easy access to the hotel from subway.

Shibuya Granbell hotel is centrally located close to shibuya station making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The room was spacious for Tokyo for the price. The bathroom area was nice an spacious.

The staff were brilliant and this really became our small home away from home! Fantastic surrounding areas and transport links too. If you’re headed for a local Family Mart or 7-Eleven for some midnight snacking, you’re spoilt for choice in this department too!
