The best feature = subway below. Staff was incredible day 1 to remove the sofa to make space for us. Breakfast- same every day- continental variety- not worth the amount they charge. The room was not well lit and did not see any sun. It is doable as a professional space not for a family holiday :) we stayed out most times

The hotel was perfectly located for things to do (Rappongi area). The room was nice and not too small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Will definitely stay again.
