On my trip I stayed in a to6 different hotels and this by far was the worst service. When we checked in the staff was rude and when we asked for extra room key since it was 3 people staying in one room the employee said only two room keys allowed per room. Even thought you need to place one room key by the door to make all the lights and AC work. Then when asked if there was a possibility of late check out they said no. When another employee was asked they stated that late check out was available for a fee.

Modern quiet room, nice location. Surrounded by a few good coffee shops. Convenient to Tsukiji Market. Would stay again!
