Having flown 13 hours it was nice to settle in a hotel away from the crowded areas. Had restful sleep two nights and was refreshed and rested. Our twin beds were firm but comfy, though the pillows were a bit tiny. Nothing real fancy about the hotel but it's a no-frills place for sure that served my purposes for a quiet weekend stay.

Everything is good except one thing that feels me very upset, there's NO internet WIFI connection in my room. To think that Japan is progressive country and yet very poor in technology. (*for this hotel not to have simple and a necessity for every traveller).

We had a triple, and for Tokyo, it was a decent size room with hot pot, refrigerator, lan line, hair dryer, color tv. It has easy access to 3 subway lines all within 10 minutes.

The hotel was decent, especially since the price is hard to beat in Tokyo. So if you are on a budget, it's fine. One of the perks is that it is very close to Shiba Park. It's clean and functional, though the overall atmosphere feels quite old.

We booked into this hotel last minute and found it to be clean and adequate. Terrible pillows and it has out dated decor. Having said that it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Airport is about 30 minutes drive away from the hotel. You don't have any choices of restaurants if you arrive late. There were not many stores or restuarnats around the hotel either. We had to use TAXI which is quite expensive in Japan.

Traveling on my own, on a modest budget, I was attracted to this hotel based on price and other reviews.I was not disappointed. The room was more than adequate for a single traveler and the size of the room was to be expected for Japanese western style hotel. All amenities were available, Internet, Phone, fully outfitted bathroom with all the requisite Japanese functions and nice deep bath. Oh, and of course a well stocked mini bar. The hotel staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile when I returned from my days explorations... There was a small coffee shop in the lobby and a good restaurant on the 6th floor that provided a good mixture of Western/Japanese buffet breakfast in the morning and full menu dining thereafter. As this hotel is owned by the one of the shrines/temples I had the added bonus of sharing the elevator with temple priests on more than one occassion. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the Mita, Oedo, Asakusa(?) and Yamanote line and as it is in the Business district it was somewhat quieter in the evening which was quite appreciated after the frenzy of Ropongi, Shibuya, Shinkjuku etc... Would highly recommend.
