The property pool was closed and was only communicated to us at check in.
The hotel is looking very old & tired.
A very well located and efficient property. Good shuttle bus service to Shinjuku.
Decent fitness facilities and swimming pool. Very old rooms. Not taken care of properly. Fridge doesnt work and not stocked, bad tv program selection, safe doesnt work, no laundry bag etc. in room, and air conditioner is very weak to cool the room. Not at all worth the money for a hyatt brand.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean but there are a little old. Went to the bar and the smokers made it very hard to breathe.
Best hotel in Tokyo.... the location is perfect..... the subway is under the building and connects to the entire city!!!! The Japanese seven eleven located also under the building has a variety of japanese fresh food and drinks. The staff are so polite and courteous.. i will go back to this hotel for sure. It is also very clean and beautiful... Claudio Ferreira MD
Mattress was very hard, didn’t like that, a little softer would have been great
Overall, the stay was great! But it does pale in comparison to similarly priced hotels in the area. 1. The hotel gym was not that great. I like being able to get a good workout in even while traveling, and this tiny gym made that hard. 2. The room’s WiFi left much to be desired. 3. Other hotels in the area that are close in price (even sometimes lower) had much better bathrooms, ie more spacious, bigger bathtub, etc. Overall it was a great stay, but I did have a few issues.
Very clean and quiet hotel. Would stay here again!
Very friendly and helpful staff that let us check-in early in the morning after taking a red eye flight from LA. The hotel is nice, clean, and centrally located. They have a shuttle that comes every 20 minutes to take you to Shinjuku station, if you don't want to make the 12-15 minute walk. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
