Solid property which has been nicely renovated. Corner Studio suite was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a unique split zone climate control in bathroom versus rest of room. Great views including Mt Fuji when clear. One of the nicer regency clubs I’ve seen, with great variety of food and impressive alcohol assortment included. Lobby bar had excellent cocktails with a good DJ playing tasteful music. Only demerit is location. Outside of government buildings, it’s not a very walkable location. There are two subway stations at either end of the property which easily connect you.

Awesome stay!

Family of 4 with two elementary aged kids- the room had a king size bed and two smaller mattresses at the large window seats that the kids fit perfectly in. Views of Tokyo were incredible! Very modern and comfortable, extremely clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. Do not miss the breakfast buffet- best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Location was great- the park close by was a nice mini escape from the hustle and bustle, subway station on the corner, and close to the center of Shinjuku. Hotel gym was top tier. Dining options in the hotel were a major plus!

It is a truly 5 star experience, topping the best service from the whole world. The only miss I would mention is that, there is no convenience store within the hotel, so you need to go out if you forgot to bring something with you or if you simply want to have a snack or soda in your room.
