An Outstanding Stay at the Hyatt Tokyo During our trip to Japan, we stayed in four different hotels, and the Hyatt Tokyo clearly stood out as the best. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast buffet were exceptional—impeccable in every detail and superior to any other hotel we visited. Our room offered a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, which made our stay even more memorable. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet were truly remarkable. Having experienced several hotels in Japan—and even multiple Hyatt properties in the United States—I can confidently say that none matched the level of excellence provided by the Hyatt Tokyo. I highly recommend it to any traveler seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding service, good location too!

Hotel was fine but pool and hot tub and onsen are under construction and renovation woth no mention of on either hotels.com or hyatt’s websites when booking. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to using the lap pool - a rare find.
