A very well located and efficient property. Good shuttle bus service to Shinjuku.

Decent fitness facilities and swimming pool. Very old rooms. Not taken care of properly. Fridge doesnt work and not stocked, bad tv program selection, safe doesnt work, no laundry bag etc. in room, and air conditioner is very weak to cool the room. Not at all worth the money for a hyatt brand.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean but there are a little old. Went to the bar and the smokers made it very hard to breathe.

Best hotel in Tokyo.... the location is perfect..... the subway is under the building and connects to the entire city!!!! The Japanese seven eleven located also under the building has a variety of japanese fresh food and drinks. The staff are so polite and courteous.. i will go back to this hotel for sure. It is also very clean and beautiful... Claudio Ferreira MD

Mattress was very hard, didn’t like that, a little softer would have been great

Overall, the stay was great! But it does pale in comparison to similarly priced hotels in the area. 1. The hotel gym was not that great. I like being able to get a good workout in even while traveling, and this tiny gym made that hard. 2. The room’s WiFi left much to be desired. 3. Other hotels in the area that are close in price (even sometimes lower) had much better bathrooms, ie more spacious, bigger bathtub, etc. Overall it was a great stay, but I did have a few issues.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Would stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff that let us check-in early in the morning after taking a red eye flight from LA. The hotel is nice, clean, and centrally located. They have a shuttle that comes every 20 minutes to take you to Shinjuku station, if you don't want to make the 12-15 minute walk. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel from many aspects: location, staff, rooms, service

Amazing lobby, great service, the shuttle each 20 minutea to Shinjuyu Station is helpful. A Seven Eleven store located downstairs the hotel is convenient. Transportation, observatories, restaurants and stores in the area.

Great access to train station. Nice park next door. After traveling around Tokyo for a week, we thought Shinjuku was the best tourist area with lots of cheap restaurant options, a real Japanese feel to the area with some older architecture near the newer. Wish I couldve stayed longer. Nice quiet hotel with no road noise. Im a seasoned traveler with more than 2000 travel nights.

Convenient by the shuttle bus to and from the shopping centre.

Nice hotel within walking distance of Shinjuku Station, the airports express and the bullet trains.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a cruise to be able to wander a bit in Tokyo. Excellent choice!! This is located in Shinjuku district - great shops & restaurants, Robot Restaurant (don't miss it!!) and best of all - a free shuttle bus takes you straight to the train station. The station is also close enough for a walk if you prefer.

Excellent stay with super friendly and nice staff. Shuttle service very helpful. A number of good restaurants to choose from.

The Hyatt is a Convenient hotel in Shinjuku. If you're interested in doing any tours of the area, a lot of the tour companies pick up from this hotel. The airport limousine also drops off and picks up here. It is close to one of the main train stations in Tokyo, so it is easy to get around. they also have a shuttle to the station if you need.

Great place to stay. Location is near the action but just in the quiet zone.

Priced as luxury hotel and disappointing. Rooms are outdated (wallpaper peeling, bathroom floor stained, things a bit outdated and needs refurbishing). Some staff was excellent and really helpful (mostly woman) - some of the staff, especially the men at luggage/concierge desk, were not forthcoming with alternative suggestions, options, value added thinking alternatives--either because they didn't know, fear to step out of the box and staying rigid is safe, or just not that bright.

A reasonably good location but the hotel is tired. The rooms are closet-size, the bathrooms claustrophobic. The restaurants offer marginal food and very expensive, and you get all that for the bargain price of $300 per night. I will not go back.
