I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was, it was actually the best sleep I got in Japan! They provide everything you would need to get ready for bed and in the morning, so you do not have to worry about getting into your suitcase for toiletries. They have a convenient cafe if you want something to eat. I will say it was a little hard to find as the signs are tucked into the building.

Great location ! Very clean. Only thing I did not like was the sauna is only for men. You check in everyday at 4pm and check out everyday at 10am you are able to leave your luggage there while you’re out and about during your stay. Tip: the sooner you check in at 4pm the better chance of getting a bottom capsule. That’s if you dont like having to climb.

The staffs are nice and fluently speaking in English. Location very convenience at JR line East exit.

It was my first time to stay a night at the capsule hotel. The staffs were nice and willing to answer my enquires. The locations of facilities are not friendly which they were far apart. It was quite an interesting experience but there should be better choice other than this hotel.

Hotel provides slippers towel robe toothbrush qtips soap shampoo lotion and facial cleanser. Very good location

Since I was in Japan and heard about these capsules, I figured I had to give it a try to see what all of the hype was about and to get this experience. All in all it was a fun experience staying in the capsule. It is somewhat similar to college dorm life and communal bathroom areas. Only gripe I had was that it got hot in the capsule if you close the blinds. Luckily for me the day I went there weren't that many people so I just left the blind open.

There is a older woman with glasses in the front desk. Found her to be very rude with check-in. Taking shoes off before entering, there is only one sign which you can totally miss. You have to check in your shoe key to get your room key and then when you want to leave each time you have to check in your room key to get your shoe key, every time, even if short stepping out to grab some water. If not going through this process, she gets very agitated. And its kind of annoying to do this process few times in a day. The cleaning staff is good. They switch up your capsule each day. But the most annoying is the key connected to your locker no in your room which is the no. to your bed. The sound of the key and the plastic no. sign hitting eachother every morning is soooooo annoying and cant sleep. B/c for woman its a bracelet type that people put on their wrist and it continues to hit itself against the plastic everytime they move. Numerous ones get real ch-ching-ching-ching . And i usually am a sound sleeper. They can totally change it but no interest. Finding the location was most difficult. It doesn't look like the outside picture they provide. Instead, its also 3rd floor, which no where in their description does it say that. So walking around for 30 mins or so looking for hotel but it has a british bar on 2nd flr, and 1st flr elevator but its hidden behind a column which you can't see it at first. And people on the street are distracting so that you can miss it each time. If you
