Rooms exceeded our expectations, large enough, clean, etc.. Staff very friendly, enjoyable, good food at Oshima’s.

Hotel staffs were really polite. Hotel was really clean, close to everything, aminities were great, surely we will stay where again next time.

Very nice hotel, except had a little problem with bed cushion ,hard on my back. Asked to change the cover and they are very nice. Japan is very clean and very organized.

A little bit outdated and need upgrade. Bathroom a little bit smell due to old sewage system.

l wish there are more hotels like this!! just perfecrt

The hotel is located right in front of the Odiaba station. It is less congested and within a 40-50 minute train ride to most of the sites. The breakfast buffet was the same throughout the different in-hotel reataurants, and offered very basic western breakfast options as well as asian ones. The staff don’t really speak English fluently so you can’t communicate anything too complicated but for simple matters they were very accomodating. Did not use the pool or any of their facilities really. I would use this hotel again as I teally enjoyed the Daiba area and loved the convenience it offered.

We stayed at the Grand Nikko the night before our flight out from Haneda airport. The staff spoke excellent English. They arranged for tickets on the Airport Limousine Bus and held our bags while we shopped at the nearby Diver City mall. The hotel is close to everything in Odaiba, and has convenient bus and train service to anywhere in Odaiba you might want to visit. Our room was very comfortable, with a king-sized bed an enormous bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out. On checking in, we received a breakfast voucher that we could redeem at several of the hotel's restaurants. We picked the Japanese set breakfast, and it was very tasty. For more picky eaters there's also a buffet with familiar western options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax before/after a long international flight.

Forgot our pillow and IPad and they had it waiting for us!

Very nice and spacious! Great views from 22nd floor!

In order for you to experience first class treatment you must book with the Grand Nikko Tokyo Odaiba. It's the best of what Tokyo can offer. Everyone in my family and friends that checked into the hotel totally agreed with my assessment. We shall return without a shadow of a doubt!!!

The hotel was so comfortable, in a convenient location with shuttle service to a couple places. It was in an area with a beautiful view of Tokyo Bay and multiple malls. The staff was amazing, very hospitable and service-oriented.

This hotel is Good place for Odaiba and locate bear daiba station.

Hotels in Japan are often very "space efficient" and down-to-business. Not so here. This posh hotel has wide, majestic halls, gorgeous rooms, and a decadently spacious bathroom. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and dressed to the nines in coats and tails. The hotel is right on the Rinkai line which can take you into the heart of Tokyo, or toward Ariake and Tokyo Big Sight.

I was looking for a hotel with 3 separate beds and it had 4 double beds so kind of unique. The hotel had a nice view of he bay. There are a lot of new shopping areas on the same monorail. The monorail is about 40 minutes from the middle of Tokyo and you can`t use your JR pass. The hotel had a foreign concierge which make finding the a restaurant easy.

I met friendly hotel staff, in particular a male staff who speaks English, French and Japanese. he gave me good information and tips on the neighborhood and on my spesific needs while staying there. I had a great view of the Tokyo Bay and the city from my room. Shopping malls are within walking distance with plenty of choices for dining.

Staff was very nice, the rooms were a good size and very clean. It had good views and a good price

Nice access, a lot of restaurant nearby, great internet access, convenience store in the hotel compound, train station within 2 minutes walk, shuttle bus both to haneda and narita airport and many more

We waited 20-30 minutes to check in, even though there was only 1 group of people ahead of us. The staff at the lobby were rude, and acted very annoyed throughout the process. The location is convenient if you need to stay in the Daiba area, but otherwise it's a hassle to get to other parts of Tokyo. Overall stay was ok, the rest of the staff were very courteous, but the check in really left a bad impression.
