Hotel rooms are small, but that was expected. It wasn’t in a busy area but was 15-20 minutes to all our activities. There’s a Lawson store on the second floor which was great. Over all ,it was a good stay.

APA Ryogoku is a wonderful facility. I was in town for the Aki Basho and it was incredibly convenient and 2 minute walk to the Kokugikan. I will be staying here at all my future trips to Tokyo.

The front desk staff is very good and communicates in both English and Japanese. The room cleaning staff needs to learn how to communicate with the customer. They don't speak English and did not understand our questions. They left trash (feminine pad) on the floor. Don't know if they were upset with what trash bin the trash was left in. There are two small trash bins. One marked trash and the other recyclable plastic bottles.

exelent hotel,with a spa,if you have tattoos you cannot use it,but thats fine,japanese culture is japanese culture,its near a samurai museum,and a park,the station is near by too.its a skycraper hotel,so if on a high floor you will get a great view,check in easy,check out even easyer,top recomendation for this place

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Rooms can be very small but apart from that, the stay was very enjoyable. Having a Lawson on the second floor was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent modern hotel with too few elevators

The hotel is clean and modern, with great views, and with a good shop always open for guests on the 2nd floor. The breakfast is really excellent, with a fantastic variety of choices available. But the reception area is too small, and the mechanized check in for customers is reminiscent of the aiport -- difficult to use, and its (AI translated) questions hard to answer. The elevators are too few, for a hotel this size (30 floors), with this many guests. (There are no stairs one can use as an alternative.) That is a major drawback. Poor organization also causes long lines for breakfast tables.

One the most excellent hotel i stayed in, good shops and restaurants. Dont need much clothes as can do your own laundry.
