Excellent stay, convenient location to Shinjuku station. The breakfast was scrumptious with lots of variety to please everyone. I would have rated it 5 stars if they had extra vertical shelving or hooks to put and hang things as I knew the room was small when booking but given the limited space that would have helped immensely when two of us has to live out of a suitcase in a tight space. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. The room was perfect for our stay. As for the surrounding area, its JUST on the edge of the bustling kabuchi-cho area which has everything from food to entertainment. Its also a 10 min walk from shin okubo station. Would stay here again 10/10

Great location, there’s a 7/11 right around the corner and Don Quixote down the street if you need anything. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was kind. Definitely would stay again.

My friend and I were visiting from Canada and this was our last hotel before we left Japan. It was definitely different from our other hotels, but I attribute that to being located in Kabukicho. The area was always bright and bustling with people during most parts of the day. There are multiple 7/11s, FamilyMarts and subway stations within walking distance. In terms of the room, it was quaint, but got the job done. The staff was very kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage for two hours after check-out so we could go find something to eat.

It was a great accommodation, we enjoyed their breakfast, and our room even though it was the semi-double it fit us perfectly. The zone was perfectly located in Shinjuku.

Hotel it self is great, lots of dinning around and shopping but I didn’t realize when I booked is that this is the red light district….. so if that’s what you are looking for it’s great if not I would stay in another neighborhood. The hotel it self tho is 10/10
