Fantastic hotel. Top level service and amenities. And the views were overwhelming.
It is a very fancy hotel but the rooms are not well designed so it does not feel luxurious. Little choices of food at the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet is limited compared to other luxury hotel buffet even by the standard of less expensive one. The lobby feels awkward and corporate. But most of all the location is inconvenient at the end of the mall and the entrance is hard to find, and we needed to walk thru a ghost town of a mall thru confusing passages without signage to find it.
Arranged all of what I needed. Great staff, facility, view, and procimity to the heart of Tokyo.
Upon arriving, they welcomed me by name before I even got out of the cab. I'm not even sure how that was possible except by complete accident. They were very helpful and courteous at all times.
This is what you expect from a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very pricey though.
I think it was a good deal! great room and great view...
