I dont have much to say, except that everything was just amazing. The staff are so well trained and so polite that you literally dont wanna leave this place. The buffet on the last floor with the breathtaking view was the epitome of perfection.

wonderful views and all staff were very friendly Pool and hot tub/whirlpool are on the 46th floor. Views are incredible.Room amenities are excellent and complete. Bed is comfortable. Overall it’s a good stay for us

Wonderful hotel with amazing amazing service , to be expected in Tokyo , BUT it’s really extraordinary! Great location close to museums , shopping and the Roppongi area where you have great dining and nightlife.

Incredible, smothering service, incredible rooms with an INCREDIBLE view. All aspects of our stay were fantastic and we cannot wait to return. The special treatment to our children including numerous birthday cards and special touches just topped it off.

I stayed here for 5 nights in May on a 2 week trip to Japan. Tokyo was our first stop and this was my favorite hotel of the entire trip. The rooms are a nice size for Japan and they are thoughtfully laid out with plenty of storage, closet space, dressers, and a very spacious bathroom. The bathroom is wonderful with two separate sinks with plenty of room for two people to get ready and lots of storage and even a drawer to keep makeup and personal items (why are there never drawers in hotel bathrooms?) Also, the view from all the rooms is fantastic. Even with some jet-lag, opening up the view gets you excited to explore the city and it's stunning at night as well. Another great feature of this hotel is the location. It's close enough to a metro station but almost feels like you are in a suburban area of the city with green space and parks, felt like a retreat in the middle of Tokyo. The service is also top notch as you would expect. There are nice restaurants within walking distance and it's connected to a mall so it really has everything you need. I have two tiny complaints about this hotel. 1. The bar in the lobby is stunning with beautiful views and great drinks but they allow smoking, which is a bummer. Usually it's not bad but you can smell it when you walk in, typical in Japan. 2. There aren't very many breakfast options around. We ate at the hotel, which was yummy but quite expensive. The mall doesn't open until 11am and there really aren't many places around that open for breakfast. We found a French Cafe in the Tokyo Midtown Center called Le Pain Quotidien, which was one of the only places open in the immediate area. Overall the hotel is expensive but worth every penny, I would definitely stay here again. A true luxury hotel in a fantastic location.

My husband and I recently returned from a magical 6 night stay at this property. From the moment we arrived after traveling many hours, we were treated as valued, special guests. Minami from guest relations took care of us as soon as we stepped out of the elevator! She helped us many times during our stay- she even walked us out of the hotel to a restaurant to make sure we could find it! Yuna and Kyoko- excellent concierge staff made wonderful restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Bradley in the bar and Chef in the breakfast restaurant made everyday feel special for us. With our Platinum Amex we were upgraded without even asking, to a spectacular large room with a direct view of Tokyo Tower. The Ritz Carlton organization should be very proud of the amazing management and staff at this hotel. The level of customer service is one of the best we have ever experienced. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and will highly recommend this hotel to all who are visiting Tokyo.

What’s not to love? Amazing rooms with luxury amenities, knowledge and helpful staff, and outstanding breathtaking views! Definitely worth the spend if you are seeking high-end accommodations in Tokyo.

We stayed in this hotel in December 2018. Rooms: We stayed in superior rooms it was spacious clean and very nice! Service was phenomenal! Housekeeping did a great job! Location was not the best in Tokyo for tourists but was good in general as the hotel is attached to a nice small mall and an underground station.

Being a creature of habit and ritual, I have several requisite stops in every country I visit. While I am proud to say my haunts lean towards the more local and simple, occasionally one wants to luxuriate in the high end. Hence, my traditional last night dinner at the Lobby Bar in the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. When you combine a spectacular space, great food, live music, a cigar friendly environment and Ritz Carlton service (super-charged by Japanese hospitality), you get elegant decadence personified. As always, this was a beautiful end to a busy and wonderful week in one of my favorite cities.

We stayed on the Club floor. The room was nice. Very well maintained and the view was spectacular. The service in general was superb. We have to note that the check in and check out process on the club floor, although personal, was extremely time consuming. Check-in, for example, on the concierge floor easily took a half hour. During that time they took a drink order –part of which never came. All that written, the people on staff were terrific. We needed a cash machine and asked the bellman for directions. He not only gave us directions, he walked with us to the mall and made sure we found the machine! This is a great hotel. If you are on an expense account and the company will pay, live it up.
