Room was clean and well stocked. The location of the hotel let a lot to be desired. Located near lots of restaurants and nightlife. Because of the nightlife sand location directly across from a local attraction the noise leve was difficult. Thankfully earplugs were provided at check-in they were very much needed.

Hello! Please not that I booked a double bed ( 2 beds) only got one full size bed. The front desk didn’t try to accommodate me. The last night of our stay I made a cup of coffee and it was very hot so I let it cool, well it was still hot and the cup folded inward and I burnt my hand, The paper cups are cheap and when hot very soft and flimsy! I have 2nd degree burns with blisters and the hotel Mgr refused to provide me with ibuprofen and wouldn’t buy me Aloe Vera gel or vitamin E oil. The hotel didn’t even have a first aid kit on hand for their guests. Indont care what country you visit the Hotels should at least have a Fisrt Aid Kit on hand! I even let the Hotel staff take photos of my hand. This was a horrible accident but worse experience I have ever had with a Hotel that carries a good reputation in Japan! Veronica Marroquin Fichter

When I first arrived at the hotel, it was several hours before check in, but they were very kind and helpful, letting me leave my suitcase until it was time to check in. When I was able to check in, my room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was a good size, extremely comfortable and had two different sized pillows. The bathroom was clean, the tub was deep and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap all smelled amazing! The location was perfect and centrally located downtown, with the only downside being that it was a little noisy at night. This was usually due to whatever events were going on nearby and the noise subsided at a reasonable hour. I felt safe while staying here and the location was convenient to at least three subway stations and about a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable and I looked forward to coming back to the room each night. I would 100% recommend the APA Hotel Shinjuku - Kabukicho Tower and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo or another APA Hotel in another location.

The rooms are very small, but normal for Japan. The Japanese spa is great but very strange that it is closed from 10 am to 3 pm for cleaning, it is a very small spa, so 5 hours to clean seams strange. The hotel sits right smack in the middle of the Shinjuku action and very close to Golden Gai bar area, and next to the famous Gozilla. So it is great ! Location, location, location

Clean Room but Air conditioning centrally controlled. in Winter heating mode it could not cope with a warm evening in Tokyo. Other facilities and staff great as with most APA hotels but Breakfast was aimed at tourists in this very tourist occupied area. Front of hotel is a square used for music concerts!
