Convenient to SHINJUKU station and the east did area. New hotel with public bath

The hotel is within just a few minutes walk of the station. The rooms are small, but it is Tokyo after all. My only issue was that the temperature of the room is centrally controlled meaning you can’t really adjust it to what you like (they did offer us a fan though). Also, they don’t have an iron on site either. Overall, a decent hotel but have stayed at others for slightly more money and felt like I got way more.

It was like sleeping in a capsule, do yourself a favor, add some extra money and find more than 11 sqm hotel. We have found 19sqm, life changer!

Great location, and the best part of this hotel beside the location was the spa at the 28th floor. Beside that, the room was extremely small; the size of the bed plus small space, no closet and no place to sit down. Breakfast was ahh, for a western flavor. The location and the spa give this place a thumb up.

Too far from train station. They told us fhere is $5 service charge to call taxi for us.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Rooms are very small space but they are comfortable with the basics. Nice perk, onsen/spa is avaiable for guests.

If you're looking for a hotel right in the middle of Shinjuku, the location can't be beat! You're right next to the entire Kobukicho district. That said, understand that you're getting the most basic of hotels. The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were petty much non-existent. And, even though I was on the top floor, the window might as well been open the entire time. It did little to keep the cold out, and I could constantly hear people's conversations on the street 27 floors below. I heard less of the people in the rooms beside me!

Great location right in the middle of everything. This is located in Kabukicho which is known as a red light district, but the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable to stay at. The staff are very helpful.

Great value, although room is small it is functional and meets being a nice clean place to stay. The spa was great to melt away the aches of the day. I will use this hotel for future trips.

APA sits near the upper tier of business hotels. Rooms are small, but comfortable and well-appointed. Be aware that this hotel is located right on the edge of Kabukicho, Tokyo's red-light district.

This is a corporate hotel with little character, but in a good location. It is noisy from train traffic and party activity outside.

They won't change the room bed sheet unless 4 days later, I requested to clean my room after 4th day but all they did is provide new towel. I went back to the room expected it was cleaned and replaced the sheets. My bed remain same as before when I left the hotel the same day.

1. Good Location 2. Friendly Staff 3. Reseaonable Price 4. Bathroom Drain/ Strong Water Pressure
