Clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is with the airport it’s self. My flight arrived at midnight. But didn’t get through immigration till just after 2am!!! About a thousand passengers and only about ? four immigration officers.. so un Japanese:(( All to go up three floors to the hotel. Then they charged me extra to have a 1 pm check out the next day.

A bit more expensive than the area transit hotels, but the convenience makes it worthwhile. After a cancelled flight, a night sleeping in the airport, and suffering through not making any standbys , this place was a source of comfort that didn’t require transportation. Rooms are decent sized with a lovely bathroom stocked with supplies. My room had a deep tub! It’s nice to have easy access to the sky mall’s many restaurants and shops.

Hotel front locates on the departure level of the terminal 3 can not be overlooked especially for a solo traveler with multiple luggage. Making an hour or so check in process at ease. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Traveled with my daughter (4yrs old) & I, and let me tell you- best decision! We arrived at 10pm and arrived at terminal 3 & it was perfect that the hotel was only a walk away! Food, drinks, and convenient store were just near and walkable. The staff were very helpful. Upon checked out- we were able to leave our luggages until departing to our next flight. Highly recommended! Will be back again, thank you!

Love that is a walking distance in Terminal 3, (staying one night before going back to California after 19 days cruise). So happy that food and shopping is so convenient. Hotel accommodation to Check in earlier with small fee was awesome and the hospitality of holding some luggages for a night so we don’t have to bring them in ourt room was so convenient. Thanks. They are even smaller than Marriott’s Aloft hotel in Tokyo’s Ginza. Unlike Aloft, Royal Park Hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast to its guests. Their 11 am checkout time is very strict though it allows its guests to store their luggages with it after they check out. The staff were very courteous and pleasant. After I bought more duty-free snacks which were quite heavy, I returned to ask the hotel staff to add them to one of my luggages. They politely brought one of my luggages out so that I could put my snacks in it, and took it back until I returned when it was time for me to check in all my luggages with my airline company.

We chose this hotel as it was attached to Terminal 3 and convenient for our early morning flight the next day. The hotel room itself was on the small side but fit my family of 4 with enough room for our luggage as well. The room was well equipped and surprisingly quiet - I actually didnt hear a single plane depart the whole time we were in the room! The departures area had many dining options so it was easy to grab a quick dinner and head back to the room. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
