Did not enjoy our stay. Certainly not a family friendly hotel as there are age restrictions for the gym, pool and even some of the dining options. Staff was polite but cold in a weird snobby way. Have stayed at plenty of luxury hotels but never felt so unwelcomed. Should have read Google reviews as others say the same.

Staff were attentive, friendly and professional. The Corner King room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pillow was a bit too soft, washroom was excellent with excellent amenities, nice shower, separate toilet and tub with a nice view. Overall, the hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Shibuya station, lots of restaurants, and walkable to many shops and tourist attractions. The hotel is well maintained and clean with excellent service.
