Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel

4.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

You can't bit the location. The hotel room is bigger than most of other hotels. Staff is amazing. Restaurants and bar are expensive. Great place to stay!

This hotel had everything you needed or wanted. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge. It was on the expensive side so if you plan on being out most of the day I wouldn't recommend it. It had a great view of Tokyo. Not far from the train station. It had a convenience store in the complex.

Great Hotel. A lot of cheaper ones on the side streets if you are willing to search for them on the internet. I just picked it by reviews. I was never in the hotel to take advantage of the facilities. The staff was very friendly and the room always clean.

Very nice hotel . Friendly staffs. Nice view. Very near to Shibuya crossing and station

Staff was rude. I felt invisible and amplified. Despite my room key, i was treated like i didnt belong. Horrible service in the hotel lobby restaurant, took 40mins to get a refill. Other guests were catered to while I waited and watched. Mediocre cleaning via room service. Meh. Will never stay here again.

Pros: Great Location, Room is very comfort, Nice View! Cons: Expensive Food

Excellent everything except in summer ac only goes as low as 68 with no dehumidifier. Gets a tad sticky. Overall, amazing.

Stayed 4 night with my family of 5. Booked two rooms and the rooms were spacious and clean. The manager made sure we had a comfortable stay with enough beds for our large family. The location of the hotel is great. Very close to all the action of Shibuya and subway station to do all the tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean and wonderful, friendly hospitality. We will definitely stay again upon our return to Tokyo.

The staff was great. The hotel was great. The location was great . Yet this hotel did not make me feel welcome. No complimentary water in the room or coffee. They have water and coffee to brew in the room but if you brew it they will charge $8.00 dollars (over 800 yen!) . Don't touch the water bottle in the room. We were very tired at the end of the days of our visit and ordered room service 2 times. Over $10.00 (over 1,000 yen ) for an orange juice and so forth. Every entry was overpriced.

The hotel is very modern and in a good location near public transportation. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Restaurants are very good in the hotel but expensive. The views are terrific. You can see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Toilet had a bidet. The swimming pool was crystal clear and the workout room looked clean and had ample workout machines.
