This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The room is very small. The bed is full bed, one side against the wall. I have to climb over the bed. The bathroom is very small. The tub- shower is half the regular tub size. I asked for breakfast when we checked in. He said it's $2,000. The following morning, I gave him $4,000 for both of us. He said since you are paying the day of, it's $2,200 per person. He could have told me when I asked him at check in. It's a rip off. Besides the food was the worst food for the amount. The receipt tried to accommodate us; he's nice.

Good hotel at a great location and very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Room had all the essentials if more than one person, I’d recommend getting the larger room (the smaller one is very small and it was difficult to get in two suitcases comfortably). We were not able to use the hot tub/baths due to their tattoos policy

Don't answer messages send via Expedia message. Don’t bother trying to address concerns and questions foreigners who stay with them have. I was traveling alone, accidentally booked a room for two for the 1st day. The 2nd day I booked for 1 person and wanted to stay in the same room, without cleaning or amenity refill. They want 3000 yen. Bad service, bad practice !

Bathroom is small and the bath itself TINY - unsuited I 'd say for anyone with mobility issues. (The bathroom is raised about 8 inches ABOVE the rest of the room makin git awkward to access. The elevators can be challenge during popular times. Carpet was grubby and needs cleaned/replaced Price doubles on Saturdays On the positive side , easily reached from JRShinjuku and Subway stations. Close to a wonderful park.Quiet location . BBC World service available

As to be expected in Tokyo, the room itself was tiny. We couldn't open our large suitcase unless we put it on the bed lol. Apart from that, it was in a good location. Close to a subway station, 3 convenience stores were within 2 min walk, and in 15 minutes you were in the more popular areas for dining/shopping/etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

The location is very convenient. Walkable distance from public transportation. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Do beware though, the room is very small. For two people it’s cramped, the bathroom and shower are also very small and with two pieces of luggage it was hard to maneuver around the room and each other. On our last night the hotel also shut down the central air conditioning to the entire building. Our room became hot and we were told to open the window because we had no way on turning the air back on ourselves and the staff wouldn’t do it. That’s never something I’ve experienced at a hotel!

The surrounding neighbourhood was really good, heaps of food options and quite safe. The hotel is slightly older in style. And the rooms are VERY small. But all in all, convenient and easy for a quick stay.

I feel like stay in an RV hotel. The room is too small for two people. You can not walk inside the room with two person unless one of you have to jump on the bed and let the other walk in. I chose this hotel because it's next to Shinjuku Gyoen cherry blossom National Park, very convenient just behind the hotel.

I had a great stay. It was very close to public transportation. It was also close to great night life and entertainment venues. The room was a bit small so I might upgrade next time. I loved the free onsite onsen/spa - it was a great way to relax after a long day of walking around the city.

So bad I couldn't address all of the issues.
I have never posted a bad review for a hotel, until this one. I have never experienced such a ridiculous excuse for a 'hotel' as this one. It has been a week since my four-night stay at this place. I waited to write this review to have a better perspective without my anger interfering with what I say. Foremost is my mattress, a marshmallow as it can be best discribed. After the first night of immidiate back pain from the softness I asked the staff to visit my room and verify my claim. To my shock and horror the front desk man simply flipped my matress over and said the problem was now fixed. I slept on it, the springs were poking me every where, as that was a boxspring and not the correct side to sleep on. Woke up with worse back pain. The following night I asked for something to put over the mattress, blankets or something. Of course 'the hotel if full' excuse was made to have a room with firm bed. I slept on the floor! Miserable as you can imagine. Now, let's move on the the A/C, it was great but the last night they turned it off and said the whole hotel was now on heat mode. It had been 75 degrees that day! While I stood at the front desk talking about the A/C another guest from two floors away was there saying his A/C had been turned off during the short duration of him leaving for dinner. He was sweating through his shirt! I was shocked. Size: while it is Japan, the room size didn't even allow me to open my luggage. I would go on but no character left

Decent service but room to small
The overall stay was nice. Basic, clean environment with decent service. We booked a room with 2 single bed, and the space was too cramp for the 2 of us. We didn't have enough space to fully open both of our luggages. Also, they need to have a more flexible check out time, as we had to wait at least 5-6 rounds of elevators before we can get to the lobby to check out.
