Heaven in the middle of Tokyo! Excellent location, next to the Imperial Palace and 8 minute walk to Tokyo's main train station. You can walk underground from the main station should it be raining. Metro stop 1/2 block from hotel, so easy to get going. 7-11 in the shops under the hotel should you need something. Club level AMAZING. Breakfast, high tea, and aps served. Tea, coffee, snacks all day. You will not go wrong with this choice. VERY quiet and peaceful. Service impeccable.
This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world.
Supreme service from top to bottom. Situated next to the palace in the middle of bustling Tokyo just like an oasis in a desert. Feels super quiet and tranquil while it's merely 2 blocks from Tokyo station. Tons of good restaurants inside the hotel with excellent services that one might not want to leave the hotel.
World- class luxury hotel with impeccable attention to detail.
Almost perfect in every way. Nothing negative worth mentioning
Excellent stay at the hotel, great experience, and great hospitality at the hotel
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. The service was exceptional even compared to other higher end hotels. The breakfasts were delightful and recommendations for dinner spot on. The pool and spa area was better than other Tokyo hotels we've stayed. that are rated similarly.
Absolutely wonderful. Special thanks to the concierge for working dilligently to reserve prime seating at top restaurants.
I could write a whole essay about this place! The service is impeccable and the welcoming staffs and the food! The most amazing brunch ever!
My parents and I stayed here in 1988. This version is incredible. Gorgeous art, aromatherapy throughout the building, incredible location and even basement shopping but it was the people and service that blew me away. The bell cap greeted me after my first day worh my name, took my blazer and jacket to my room and sent me to the bar. Turndown service in my elegant room had five (5) people smoothly organize each nook and even opened my closet and brushed off my clothes and shoes.
For a first timer in Tokyo, this was a great hotel. Service is first class. Location is great. Food is excellent. Views overlook the the gardens of the Imperial Palace. You cannot go wrong with the Palace Hotel.
The location is great - across the street from the Imperial Palace, direct access to Otemachi station and within a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station. The property itself is amazing - 7+ restaurants, immaculate communal areas and lovely spa. Staff members were multi-lingual and, of course, Japanese service and hospitality is the best in the world. Lastly, the room was modern and spacious. The room had high tech controls, universal adapters, great bathroom amenities, free wi-fi, nice mini bar and a large balcony overlooking the entrance to the Imperial Palace. Overall, wonderful stay - I will be back!
