This Grand Hyatt Tokyo is a great place to stay. Upon my arrival I was greeted by two friendly and helpful Bellhop that escorted me to the reception desk were I was immediately assisted with my check-in. Then I was assisted with my luggage to my room and upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised by the size and how modern the room looked. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and the Shower/Bathtub room is very large and has both a hand held shower and a ceiling mounted rainfall shower head. I just loved using that rainfall shower. All the staff was exceptional and very friendly. I signed up for the Breakfast / Happy hour package which was well worth the extra money. Both the breakfast an happy hour had a wide selection of foods and drink to please everyone. They also have a well equipped gym, but the size is a bit small and at times felt very crowded, but the pool is large and makes is great for swimming laps. Definitely be visiting this place again.

I expected less. Stunning bathroom with a rain shower to die for. Quiet rooms, easy to work, nice layout. Good breakfast (have the made-to-order omelette). Great Location - Roppongi Hills is very cool.

This is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed it. Staff are supremely courteous and customer focused, and the room was totally comfortable. The breakfast spread is as good as it gets, and the exercise facilities are lovely. The location is quite good, with easy access to the Tokyo subway system. The only two issues for me were (a) price - this was a very expensive room, even by Tokyo standards, and (b) in-hotel restaurant options are also very high-priced, though there are good alternatives in the neighborhood and adjacent mall.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Hyatt Tokyo -- the rooms were lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Very close to a subway station, so can easily get around Tokyo from this location as well. The entire stay was wonderful!

In the past almost 50 years, this is the best hotel that I have ever visited in my travels to 80 different countries. The staff is truly excellent and they seem to care about you as an individual, not as just a goat like some hotels consider the guests. The property is also well maintained and very clean.

Great location well placed hotel well placed, modern decors with nice art and amazing restaurants and bars in the hotel the cigar shop in the hotel provides good collection.the club lounge is ok nothing great also rooms are bit small though suites are nice enjoy tokyo

Extremely relaxing rain shower. One of the better bathrooms I’ve enjoyed. Ask for a room with Mount Fuji views. In April, the fog clears up only for a little bit between 7 and 8am so be sure to check it out!

The Grand Hyatt is situated in the heart of Roppongi district which is the lively and bustling part of Tokyo. That makes it accessible to many attractions and within 5 minuets walk to subway stations. The hotel itself offers smart rooms with excellent service and very attentive staff. Every room is also equipped with a free smart phone with unlimited service for the duration of your stay for all uses including International phone calls. Remember, tipping is not allowed anywhere in Tokyo

Great property centrally located in Roppongi. Excellent facilities and service, although hotel restaurants are pricey (but it's a Grand Hyatt so to be expected). Countless food and beverage options located in close proximity.

We are so glad that we stay at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. It really makes our first vacation in Japan fantastic! Initially, we planned only staying from Mar 30 to April 1, but we are now staying until April 7. We definitely will come back and we did tell so many of our friends about Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Thanks so much for your excellent services!
