The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was great, great view. If there is anything to complain about it would be the city noise, but your in a big city so you can’t really complain.

Their are several things in the Grand Hyatt Hotel that were well worth the price. The Spa located on the 5th floor was absolutly stunning. The best thing about the hotel in my opinion was the shower inside the room. The spacious "Waterfall" design was absolutly perfect. Once you step under that waterfall type shower you will not want to get out.
