We did not have a second room booked at another hotel and they recommended we look for a room at this hotel. Honestly. I would have rather stayed here to begin with. The staff was super friendly and helped us to arrange a pickup for a luggage transfer service. We were also able to wash our laundry at the coin laundry machine at the hotel. The rooms were decent sized and the metro stations were close by.

Great location; just steps from train station. Shuttle to Disney wonderful and easy, but please try to reserve ahead; it is very limited with seating and only runs 3 times in the morning and 2 times at night. Rooms are super tiny. Of course, the rooms are probably all the same size, but we had 3 beds in ours, so NO room to put luggage etc. We managed, but be aware.

This has been my favorite stay in Tokyo. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel services are excellent for the low price points. In addition to an excellent staff, the location is ideal. This hotel is conveniently surrounded by the best restaurants, parks, and shopping mall; also including a 7/11, Lawson, and Family mart!
