The service was great, check in and out was very easy and the amenities the hotel offered were awesome. Free coffee, cocoa and instant ramen in the evenings. The only issue was that we visited in the winter and the hotel had central heating which meant the hotel room was constantly heated. The hotel room got uncomfortably hot because we were unable to turn the heat off in our room. We had to open the window to increase the airflow and try to cool down the room. Other than the hot temperature, the room was very clean and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were the absolute loveliest and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very cute and had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! We went on the Disney shuttle bus as well. Thank you so much for the best stay and I cant wait until the next time we are in Japan so we can stay at this hotel again 🙂

My first trip to Japan

Front desk representatives very friendly and helpful. Rim was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. Had 2 beds and a space in between them. Shower water pressure was great. Washing machine has laundry detergent inside. Priced reasonably for washer/dryer. A block away from train station, 7-11 and many restaurants.

Hotel was in a very convenient location right across from rail station with many shops and restaurants. Just know that the room is very small with little room for your luggage. I travel alone with my 9yo and it is tight for us to move around. The room also seems outdated. Bathroom and bathtub is also very small. I don’t like that the charging outlets is right above the bed’s headrest so when you sleep at night, there are wires and plugs right above your head which can be dangerous. Overall, it was a good stay if you are on a budget.
