Central Ginza location, steps from train station. Attentive and good service from staff
convenient location. the bathtab was spacious. front desk was friendly
They only had smoking rooms and I got sick while staying in their room.
The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and polite. We especially liked the location and the ease of traveling around Tokyo from the hotel. We had hoped the internet would have been a little more reliable since my husband needed it for work. However, overall we had an excellent experience and would stay there again.
Great location in the heart of Ginza. Well thought out room design.
The hotel is centrally located and very nicely appointed. The rooms are on the smaller side as is true for all of Tokyo but are highly efficient spaces. The bathroom were really fabulous! They were kind to have amenities for our young child as well. The only slight challenge was that the hotel staff were nice but not completely helpful to newcomers to the area (finding a place to eat with a kiddo can be a challenge). Once we figured it out, we were fine and should we come back, we would definitely stay again! Lovely experience!
I was very comfortable in my lovely 14th floor deluxe room. It was equipped with all the amenities I expect, and the bed was very comfortable.
This was our second stay at this hotel. Our stay was for 5 nights. It was originally booked for 3 nights but we had a last minute change of plans. This is important because if we had only 3 nights in Tokyo we wouldn’t have noticed the importance of having a gym or outside area to hang out. There’s plenty to do in Tokyo but we really missed having some downtime in the hotel. For us that would have consisted of working out or relaxing outside. We felt like we needed to be gone all day and evening because the tv was in Japanese and if we relaxed in room during day we slept therefore messing up our sleep schedule even more. We had a really nice corner room for 3 people. The room was spacious and comfortable. Take note, there are many windows in that room but it faces the Main Street. This is important if you have trouble sleeping. They do a nice job with window coverings but the lights are so bright that the curtains dont prevent all the light from seeping through the sides. We were up and down numerous times trying to maneuver the curtains to keep the room dark. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. Would rec it for a short stay or if the above mentioned doesn’t bother you.
What a way to finalise our Asia Tour with a visit to Tokyo, Japan and what a fitting stay at the Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel. Located centrally in Ginza it is in touching distance of the shopping district, great restaurants, amenities and the vast transport hub. The hotel is elegant and minimalist but boasts extensive features and comfort, the rooms are compact but adequate and serviced daily replacing towels, water and used toiletries. Staff are wonderful everyone was friendly in general and there is no stigma to black people as they’re generally exposed so this we found refreshing having experienced something a little different in Hong Kong. Check in was swift and allocation to our room quick. There is a restaurant on site but plenty of cafes and etc just on the door step. There is a direct train from the airport and if looking to enter Tokyo quickly there is the option of the Express and then move onto the subway. In general the hotel is perfect, staff are great, room is comfortable and the affordability just right.
very clean, wonderful staff, nice location- centrally located
