Great location, lots of great shopping, and food closeby. Easy access to mulitple subway lines. Close to Lawson, Family Mart, and 7 Eleven snd a really nice laundrmat too. Dated hotel, needs updates. Especially climate control.

10 min walk to Tokyo station. Get an Uber if you have lots of luggage. If not just walk. Small but clean room. Had three carry ons. Had to open one at a time but it was doable. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent so it gets foggy in there. The wallpaper seems to be peeling off the wall in the room because of that.

Two people with three carry on luggage’s in room was tight but doable! Open one suitcase at a time. If you have several big luggage’s it might not work for you.

The rooms are so much smaller than in the pictures. Booked a room for my partner and I, and the space barely fit the two of us. Not bad at all if you know what you are getting, just expect a crazy small space. The bathroom in the room was nice though. I had mixed experiences with the staff - some were helpful and friendly but some were rude, they also took forever to do tasks. The breakfast was terrible. Area in Ginza was amazing, very convenient and walkable!

Property is exceptional in their customer service and staff. Basic rooms are smaller and feel cramped when staying there, but that’s the only feedback worth mentioning. Everything else was superior and it’s a great location.
