Good location in Ginza and they a wide range of toiletries, including face masks and hair treatment! However, the room was very small, we couldn't open our suitcases without blocking the bathroom or room door. The room also felt quite dated, so the overall condition could use some refresh. It’s manageable for a short stay.

Walking distance to both shimbashi and Higashi Ginza stations. There is a 711 nearby too. The only thing I have to add is that the hotel operates on central circulation so if you want the room colder it doesn't work if the hotel is on heating mode.

This was a very good location for all the shopping, Tsukiji outer market, Buddhist temple, kabuki theater and higashi-ginza metro station. This was also near the end of our trip and the limousine bus pick-up point was only a block away to take us to Narita airport. You can also catch a limo bus to haneda as well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room had a larger hallway that made luggage storage easier. There was a Family Mart literally next door with a connecting entrance.

We stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nanachome Ginza and had a very pleasant experience. While the standard twin room was more compact than we're used to, it was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The hotel offers a variety of complimentary amenities including toothbrushes, hairbrushes, teas, and coffees—perfect for travellers who appreciate thoughtful touches. We especially loved the convenience of having washers and dryers available, as well as a convenience store right on the first floor. These extras made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Ginza, within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, and public transit. We’d definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

Very good location for getting anywhere in Tokyo as several stations within 5 mins walk. Ginza itself is a shoppers paradise, mostly designer/high end stores. Mitsukoshi store easy 5 mins walk. Convenience store accessible from within hotel. Room compact but perfectly adequate, comfy bed, everything provided, clean. No complaints at all

Nice please rooms tiny, they don’t clean every day, nice location close to everything, metro station is a few blocks
