We had a pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located in the Ginza so plenty of restaurants and shopping right on the doorstep. Centrally located for a lot of sightseeing around Tokyo. While this was our first stay here, we've been to Tokyo a number of times and this will be the accomodation we come back to in the future.

Great accessibility between Shimbashi and Ginza station, friendly and helpful staff. They also sell boxes in cases you need to ship things.

The room is super small you need to get atleast the comfort double room for 2 pax. It’s old building and the shower curtain is dirty and mouldy giving the bathroom and toilet that distinct mouldy smell. The location is good walking distance to shimbashi station and lots of shops and dining options available The staff are amazing and they let us upgrade to the comfort room
