Great hotel. Very close to Ginza-Itome subway station and everything Ginza. Walkable to Tokyo station. Staff were very pleasant and were well informed of our features of through Orbitz. Will definitely stay again on our next visit.

A very nice hotel. Was a good value for ginza district, though it was off-peak season.

This is a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was nicely updated. The tub and shower was like a spa. The hotel is in the beautiful Ginza district and you can walk to Tsukiji Market and The Imperial Palace. The massage chair was a nice feature, especially after walking and touring all day. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stay at this hotel again when we go back.

Great location, nice staff, just room a bit smaller

Great location, new, but room a bit small, considering at Ginza, would still recommend.

I love this hotel. The location is suitable. The staff is professional enough. Everything just made me feel comfortable.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is conveniently located in the Ginza district of Tokyo. It’s just a few blocks away from both Yurakucho and Tokyo Stations, making it very convenient for us to travel around Tokyo and other areas such as Kamakura and Narita Airport. The hotel is also close to some fantastic department stores and restaurants. The hotel is very modern. The staff was very courteous and helpful to us. Our room was small but extremely organized and well-equipped. We loved the ultra-modern bath/shower room, especially the bathtub faucet that could be turned sideway to make for an unobstructed bathtub. And we especially enjoyed the toilet with a bidet system that had both position and pressure controls. We’re going to miss it in America. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Kitchen Salvatore Cuomo restaurant, serving both American and Japanese dishes. The food was fresh and delicious. In sum, we had a great stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel. We highly recommend it to all travelers who are planning a trip to the great city of Tokyo.

Excellent location, near metro, mall, fish market, palace and theater., Hotel upgraded our room, treated us one day breakfast, extended our check out time to 1pm. Nice VIP treatment for Orbitz member

We had minor difficulties locating the hotel from the takaracho station side but once we found it, the location was great. There are building works happening nearby but the soundproofing takes care of that. The checkin was efficient. The rooms are new and very snug. The only setback being that there was no place to keep the suitcases out of harms way. The large desk isn't what we needed. The kettle was efficient but quiet. The coffee and tea provided were high quality. Breakfast lacked identity and perhaps choice - cold pizza not ideal first thing in the morning. Luckily there are plenty of other options nearby. The lift stopping at level 3 for reception everytime it went past it lost it's novelty but overall, would definitely stay here again.

Came to the front desk after walking 15min in the rain without an umbrella. As one receptionist worked on getting our room keys, to my surprise, another receptionist came back with a towel for us to wipe our wet jackets. On top of that we got an upgrade! Room larger than expected considering it's located in Tokyo. Massage chair in room. Enough said.

Location ,service and staff are excellent . Highly recommend who wants to stay in the heart of Tokyo

The hotel is very close to the shopping district of Ginza, the hotel is very new, the front desk has a Chinese waiter, but pay attention to the lobby on the third floor, the only problem is that a little bit monotonous breakfast, too little fruit.

Very clean room and well designed. Lifts fat and quiet. There's a 7-11 and pharmacy right across the street from the hotel entrance, had everything we needed including KitKat candy souvenirs. My favorite part was that there's a bath tub in the bathroom! And they have great smelling bath salts at the front desk complimentary. The drip coffee packs were also neat and made very fragrant/tasty coffee. A/c and heating was very efficient, the small room got to temperature very quickly and without visible vents... I still wonder where the air came from. Convenient location for shopping in Ginza and close to one station on the metro line. Not very convenient if you're going to travel on the JR Line often... Something closer to Yarukucho would be better for that. The least satisfactory part of the room was the bed. Too hard for us as we're used to memory foam... But we were so exhausted from walking all day that it didn't matter as much after the first couple nights. Overall a nice hotel for the price and great staff that spoke English well enough, helped as much as they could.

The hotel is wonderful, the room clean, confort, but the best thing is that is so quiet, no noise at all. The room had a massage armchair, I was very happy with such surprise. The location is another point, in GINZA, the best neighbourhood The service changed the sweets every day, in one word the hotel is SUPERB

I was on business trip with my family. The hotel location was perfect and everything seems to be close by. I like everything but the size of their family room. We are family of 4 with 1 little girl and a young boy. It was really hard to move around in our room with two beds occupying majority of floor space. Overall, the room was good but little bit of more space would be really come handy when you have little kids staying in a room.

Very nice, clean and modern updated rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location in the Ginza area and within walking distance to Tokyo station.

Beautiful new hotel in middle of Ginza. Check in is very smooth (it's located on the 3rd floor) and staff are nice. Free cosmetics and tea coffee supplies etc are also provided at check in. The elevator has safety feature that only guests can access upper floors - felt safe as female staying alone. Room was spacious compared to the other choices - modern rooms with functional toto toilets & shower room with a bathtub. There are 2 restaurants in the same building - 1st floor is japanese and 2nd floor Italian. Also on the ground level, there is a convenient store open 24/7. The hotel location is fantastic as you can access all Ginza station, Ginza Icchome Station, and JR Yurakucho Station within 5 min walk. Taxis are running the area non stop too.
